The hiring process was quite simple too. The coders mostly apply directly to the website by adding their resumes. Once we found out that the resume matched our job description, we scheduled a video interview round after which a coding test was scheduled. If he/she clears all the rounds, then a live screening is done followed by completing a test project.

I happened to have found many talents via this website and my overall experience was great. I was making use of the platform for a week which was absolutely free of cost before finally hiring someone. I did not have to spend a single penny during this job.
