I found this site to be extremely unreliable which, in my opinion, is unacceptable in the crypo market. The crypto market is volatile, therefore, an unreliable seller like coinmama can result in someone losing hundreds or even thousands of dollars in a short time span if they can't access their account and execute a transaction. When I created my account with coinmama, I had no issues. I made a few transactions... had no issues. Several days later, I tried to log into my account, and I found myself locked out. I reached out to the staff at coinmama for an explanation. Their policy is that they provide no explanation as to why or when they will lock or close your account. That is absolutely INSANE! My advice... if you are new or even a veteran in the crypto space, skip this company. It is not worth putting your money at risk. However, if for some reason you feel you must open an account with this outfit... please please... please... open an additional account with a more reliable company... there are many out there. Do not risk putting all of your eggs in one basket when dealing with coinmama. Good luck!

I used coinmama.com to purchase bitcoin.
When dealing with coinmama or coinbase crypto exchange, the customer service has gone from bad to worse, i bought 5 btc, and for some reason, I never got the btc in my wallet it, after contacting customer care on coinmama, i was told to wait for 7 days, after which i still did not get my btc. You can imagine, now i am both confused and angry, Lucky `Anonymous_Solutions` on telegram stepped in, and i was grateful that my 5 btc was recovered, it was a very challenging time for me but i am just grateful its over. Please Coinmama should make good efforts to satisfy and protect their consumers.
They are a scam would have all my savings to them, couldn't withdraw my money from them until i was able to reach AVASTSOLUTIONRECOVERY dot com who helped me get all my money and everything i lost back. They took 20% but got tyhe job done in 3 weeks. Kudos to the team
