Immediately I bought the server, they disabled my server that I have to pay management fee a one time fee in one year. I was so furious because I was not expecting that fee immediately I bought the server. Their support unit are trained to scam people. I asked alot of questions to be sure if paying the maintenance fee will enable my server immediately. They said yes that its an automated process. After 10days, I paid the maintenance fee. My server was active again for few hours and then disabled. I log a complain to the support unit. They said they would investigate and issue will be resolved. I raised several tickets on this issue and all I could get was that I was operating a multiple accounts which is against their company policy. I was very mad. I was like why are you just accusing me of multiple accounts after 12days the server was down due to maintenance fee unpaid. Now that I have paid the fee, you disabled my account claiming have been running multiple accounts which I never did. Their customer support that has been responding to my complaint stopped responding to me when he or she told me to buy another server of 0.5btc or 1btc to have unlimited withdrawals that this is the only solution to have my account enabled. I lost 0ver 400dollars purchasing 0.02btc (server) and paying 0.0183btc (maintenance fee). I will make sure other sites like trust pilot get to know about them to prevent innocent victims from being scammed of their hard earned money. Leaving them poorer.
