Being a computer professional, I often find myself looking for great deals on relevant technology. Compusa.com (Which is the same as TigerDirect), it a great place to start! Shipping, price and customer service are top-notch. Many items qualify for free shipping. I have used them dozens of times and have never had a single problem.

“Beware”

This company will literally lie to you to get your business.
Absolutely 0 ROI
Told you may cancel anytime.
Told I was confirmed cancelled and did not.
Stole money from checking they would not refund.
This company is terribly unethical. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I tried twice. I guess second time on me.

Tip for consumers:
Pretty much said it all.

Will take your money after cancelling

“Compusa is pretty solid, and after all these years...”

Compusa is pretty solid, and after all these years and competitors, it still does pretty well, I think. I got an external harddrive there and had questions for customer service regarding the specifications. They responded promptly and really knew what they were talking about! I ordered just the right one for my needs.
