The item I ordered was labeled as "In Stock", and yet 3 weeks went by where I hadn't received a shipping notification. Frustrated, I sent them an email, and they replied that it had "unexpectedly gone into backorder." I guess they didn't think they should let me know...
Fast-forward more than a month and they still haven't even shipped my item. It's always "another 1-2 weeks."
Don't waste your time/money with this unorganized excuse for a company.
After 8 weeks I received
A damaged (cutted support, no way to fix it in a phat xbox)
Clearly refurbished and not working drive
Top And bottom hold together with peices of tape, no screws
According to the sticker and jugleflasher the folowing not matching
Serial # D608... Vs D609...
And fw version # ******* Vs *******
Rarely detecting the games (original) 1 out of 5 times or more
The web page said that its supposed to be brand new
It also said that it was in stock which it wasn't because I received it after 8 weeks
