I'm not one to write reviews and typically give places the benefit of doubt, but this experience tops all my worst clinical/patient-facing experiences. The owner is an absolute narcissist that seems hell-bent on offending her patients until they are pressured into "fixing" their "botched" faces, while parading falsely compassionate social media accounts. Even more shocking, the doctors I saw seemed to agree with her and made no effort to actually read my intake form, rushing me through the appointment so I didn't even have time to hear which products they use, all they cared about is posting photos on instagram. Very unethical and lacking in confidentiality training.

I have flew in especially to be treated at the clinic. I have paid GBP 3,200 for full face rejuvenation (FFR) and would pay another 3,000 to get my face back, pain free.
They have amazing social media but the picture portrayed there and reality are very different. My face has lumps where the fillers were placed, my chin is now 1.5 the original size (this was not done on purpose). My main issue is that I still have a lot of pain (one week after the treatment), I contacted the clinic and asked to be examined as I had severe pain. I was told that no doctor will see me before 8 weeks, and I was reminded that I signed on their consent form.
So please, save your money and more important – save your face and do not go to this clinic.

Well I'm glad I dodged the bullet! I had them on my shortlist for a while. Got ready, my bank card out and wanted to book. I wasn't exactly sure what to book so I emailed as you must pay a deposit and I wanted to budget myself for 2 treatments.
I got a standard reply with all prices etc. Not what I was asking so I emailed again. Back came a reply saying they won't consult online I must book pay a deposit and so on. Rude and arrogant.
Well I was on Instagram and there she was the famous owner bragging about her overqualified staff. I replied saying that I'm quite educated myself etc but still I tend to be nice to people...
2 hours later... I was blocked.
Then I read their Trustpilot reviews and I thought thank god I didn't book because that clinic looks really bad...
Oh and here. She did block me, reallly :) Apparently she does it all the time with people who don't suit her.

I wish I saw all these reviews before booking and going to these people. All the reviews are true! Came to the New York office. Was introduced to Dr. Kevin and I believe her name was Ffyona. While sitting down during consultation with the both of them, Ffyona goes on FaceTime with someone which I think was her daughter. Very unprofessional. It should have been a red flag when I saw the work done on her face because it was not flattering and did not look good at all. But I continued with the procedure by Dr. Kevin. First time having lip injections and my lips resulted in lumpy areas both top and bottom. It also migrated outside the borders of the lips. When I reached out, they basically said it's normal and it will even out. In which it never did. Came back to the office to see Dr. Kevin and what he said was "unfortunately, bad things happen to nice people". I was taken back. Please please please be careful before going to them. I just want to warn people before it could happen to you as I see I'm not the only one who experienced a botched work. They even blocked me on Instagram when I left a message saying that I had a bad experience.

Please do your research before going to them for any kind of work done on your face.

If I could I wouldn't even leave one star. 10 weeks ago, I went for a tear trough treatment and Dr Jas also suggested I fill in my smile lines. In total that cost me just over £1000. After the procedure, she seemed quite worried and kept rubbing into the treated area. At the time I wasn't worried because I felt safe due to previous experience with other doctors, particularly Sarah. I thought it would get better and she assured me that if I am concerned after 2 weeks I can go back. I started to notice that the treated areas were only getting worse not better. Other people have noticed the error as well. I then contacted the clinic for support and hopefully get it rectified. Theresa, apparently the manager, got back to me to tell me that due to aftercare policy I need to wait 8 weeks to go in to see one of their doctors. I sent them photos and she got back to me and said that it's not serious enough to be seen by them. I couldn't believe it as it was my face and of course it was serious. No one goes for these treatments to feel worse, they go to feel better, especially if you're paying over £1000. After going back and forth, at 10 weeks, Theresa booked me with one of her doctors who then told me that they need to dissolve it. I wasn't comfortable with that as it results in loose skin and it also means more visits to the clinic which I didn't have time for and it was also costing me to travel back and forth. The doctor said that she can't offer me a refund and it should be Dr Jas and the Helpdesk that should process this. I understand that people make mistakes but what I don't understand is the lack of care and responsibility. I then contacted the Helpdesk Theresa to issue a refund for me and she got back to me to let me know that they can't issue a refund for me and that they can't do anything for me. What kind of nonsense is this. As she kept referring to their aftercare policy, I asked for a copy of what she was referring to which she never did. Stay away and save your money and face because they will not care for you! Awful awful people and clinic! And I am sure with time everyone will come to realise! I am going to continue warning people about this clinic. You don't have such high prices and deliver such poor service!

Do not waste your money for them to just ruin your face. Also, do not trust Feefo reviews! The clinic controls who reviews on there and what goes on there.

Chose to go here because of the photos on their social media posts and following they have on there. After having been here three times, I honestly think that the photos are all fake. I cannot see how any of them are real.
It is incredibly expensive for treatments, even by London standards.
I don't believe the doctors are real doctors or trained properly. Advised that I could not have my filler topped up and would need to completely dissolve and re-fill to achieve more volume (wish I didn't bother now - clearly saying this to every single customer to make more money out of them, b*stards!).
Anyways, I had that done and went back two weeks later to get refilled, botox and some filler in my chin.
My limps were totally uneven, both top and bottom, very noticeable straightaway. I emailed after 2 weeks once all the swelling had gone and sent in photos. The replies were so rude, no empathy and they refused to book me in for another appointment until after 5 weeks had passed as apparently the filler is still settling (which is aload of rubbish) so I had to walk about like this and go on a weeks holiday with uneven lips. I then went back after 5 weeks had passed and they attempted to fix it, still uneven afterwards so no chance I was going back there to them again. I also don't believe they put the full amount of botox and chin filler I requested and paid for in as my chin was same as before after 6 weeks and my botox hardly worked.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Dr Caoimhe was amazing from start to finish - from the initial consultation, she was very informative and reassuring, and remained so throughout the treatment. I was nervous of having needles put in my face (never had anything done previously) but she made me feel at ease and answered all my questions and queries. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, the effect it will have, when I should notice a difference and so on. She gave great advice on aftercare and the results I got were better than I expected. I am actually looking forward to going back for my top up in a few months, and can safely say I will go to her and only her for all future cosmetic treatments.

Long story short, i spent over £1000 in the Liverpool CC and was left with large lumps in my midface area and lips that disappeared within two months, after 2ml.
I went in wanting improvement to my under eye area, was injected by Zowie and left with two large noticeable lumps either side of my nose. Dr Kate agreed at a follow up that this was misplaced filler. The "customer care" that followed was shambolic. I was invited back to the clinic a further 3 times but each time I was met with a new Dr who had been told nothing about my complaint. Three times this happened!
I eventually received a half hearted apology from the original Dr who injected me but it doesn't give me back the money I wasted (over £1100), the time I've spent travelling, or the confidence I lost as a result of the experience.

I came to the CC willing to pay top dollar for top notch work. I had problems with filler migrating in the past and I was hopeful upon viewing their Instagram portfolio and reading their proclamations that their injection techniques prevented filler migration. I dissolved all of my previous filler with CC and have had my lips filled multiple times by them and only them. I have spent thousands of dollars at their clinic and my lip filler has migrated every single time after each subsequent injection. I chose three stars for the politeness of their staff and for the fact that they are a legitimate clinic with board-certified doctors treating you that know what they are doing; their lip work is fine but not supreme, and the doctor I saw injects other parts of the face really well. I just find it incredibly deceiving that they advertise that it is impossible for filler to migrate if the injection is done "right" and that you will never experience filler migration at their clinic. Perhaps this is true and I am just an outlier. Also, be wary that you have to be invited to leave a FeeFo review for CC, so their high rating on FeeFo is not totally representative of everyone's experience with the CC.

Dr Melissa was the person to treat me. Initially she insisted on dissolving my previous lip filler which was not horrendous but just not just the shape I wanted. I also wanted smile lines treated as approx 5 years ago I had them treated and it had worn off, she insisted on dissolving that too... £170.2 days later she had me back down to London to do lips and smile lines... then had a very clever way of telling you it'll look good but with cheek and mid face filler you would look better "but it depends if your budget" quote...

So your convinced you spend more. 4ml later and £170 plus £2080 and I better before the fillers see the results of her dissolving my face away! And see the horrible appear and rod my over inflated non natural looking new lips! Wish I never went

Firstly, I got my 1ml of lip filler with Dr Luke in Jan 2020, 0.8 at the top and 0.2 at the bottom (a very important thing to note).

After getting two massive lumps on the left side of my top lips I sent their Instagram account a very polite note asking for help to get the answer (I am copying and pasting here) " Remember the pages with the PDF information packs on them, that you had to click on to say you'd read, before you're allowed to book in? It's all explained as normal in here, and they're a great reference point before contacting us and they answer almost everything. "

Wow, I was shocked. I waited another 6 weeks and got an appointment with Dr Kate who dissolved half of my top lip where the lumps were and I walked around with my top lip half dissolved for two weeks before I got another appointment, this time with Dr Caiomhe. Despite the fact that Dr Kate reassured me she told Dr Caiomhe about my case, when I arrived I wasn't welcomed. Dr Caiomhe blamed my face for uneven lips, didn't believe that Dr Caiomhe dissolved half of my top lip and was insisting I misunderstood what happened (how could I have misunderstood it if I get my lip fillers for over five years?! I only trusted their doctors.)

In the end Dr Caiomhe injected 0.25ml in my left side of the top lip even though I had 0.4 in each side in Jan... needless to say that I warned Dr Caiomhe and gave her all the necessary info about my previous treatments). I am still walking around with uneven lips and feel ashamed of them. Dr Caiomhe made me feel miserable and stupid during the appointment. She lacks empathy and any social skills.

I emailed Dr Kate who dissolved my filler trying to get some answers and was ignored...

I am truly appalled by the service I received for £500 and I won't ever come back even though I have been to this clinic three times before to see Dr Joshua, Dr Ellie and others who left the place...

Please please save your money and go elsewhere.

After following the consultant clinic on instagram for many years I really did think I was going to get treated by experts. I wish I read the reviews online before going ahead! Have spent over £1200 on having previous filler dissolved with them and then 2 seperate sittings of 1ml lip filler. This was done via cannula and the filler is predominantly sitting in the middle of my top lip with a huge dip in one corner! I expressed my concerns and was told to wait TWO MONTHS! I got in contact after this period with the same issues and received very blunt and rude responses. They then requested pictures of my lips but had told me way before booking in that they cannot assess pictures remotely?! I was then given an appointment after having to be quite stern and was told to massage my lip where the dip is which hasn't made the ounce of difference. Wouldn't return if you paid me and have had my lips corrected elsewhere now by a reputable medical professional! All the pictures online are photoshopped including the pictures of the owner and the female doctors (despite this clinic advocating natural aesthetics and slating others for photo editing). Ffyona also claims that all the practitioners are of the highest rank in medicine "consultants". This is untrue - Dr Gareth who botched my lips is a GP! Absolute frauds.

Horrible experience! BE AWARE!

I had my lips done by Dr. Kevin. The filler was placed WRONG! I got lumps in my lips and were asking for help/dissolving and refund. Ffyona(the owner) was very mad about this and in a rude way explained that I'll not receive any refund and they ARE NOT responsible for this.

She psychologically pressured me and have repeated several times "Im a lawyer". I left the clinic crying, disappointed and humiliated.

Another important thing - when you sign a contract or making an appointment with them you're automatically agreed with their terms which are horrible and unfair. Even if you will ask a lot of questions before procedure and the doctor will guarantee you nice result - it doesn't mean you will receive it and it doesn't mean they will help you later when you will have any issues.

From the "contract":
" The trick is to disguise it so that nothing can be seen externally, except beautifully plump and enhanced lips!" - what means they don't care how your lips look inside, even if you have lumps which can turn to fibrosis later.

If all reviews are not enough for you, then you can just meet FYona in person and you'll understand everything.

Stay away from this "clinic", your health is the most important thing! And for $1000 you can get a really nice result and good customer service in another place!

I was hesitant to write this but if I can save an innocent person wasting their hard earned money going to this disgusting organisation (ran by the malignant narcissistic owner) I absolutely will.

I use to go to this company prior to all the best practitioners leaving and all I can say is these reviews on here are for a reason! I went for a sitting to get my lips done by a Doctor I had been referred to go too and I was initially hesitant due to the fact all the decent practitioners had left. All I can say is trust your gut and read these reviews on here before your even locked in with that £50 deposit.

When I got there little discussion on my desired look on lips was made, he couldn't get the card machine out quick enough not to mention the fact he was an hour late seeing me, he injected a filler which wasn't meant for the lips, my swelling was extreme and instant like nothing I had ever experienced before, instantly I knew something was wrong... It look over 3 weeks for the swelling to even subside and I had bruising everywhere, my lips were hard uncomfortable and most of all PAINFUL. He reassured me at the time this was the 'softest' most 'natural' filler he had ever worked with I initially felt weird about the fact he was injecting a new unbeknown filler but I thought I could trust him. Little did I know the aftercare I was about to receive.

I voiced my concerns pretty much straight away as ladies and gentlemen were all very aware we know OUR OWN BODIES and when something doesn't feel right. They tried to say to me I had to wait a month for swelling to subside and trauma ect and basically dismissed me in I want to say a nice way but infact they are extremely abrupt and passive aggressive over email (i've heard stories its Ffyona the key board warrior behind them all) and the reason I now can be convinced of this is because I was emailing my concerns late at night at one point as I was up in pain and my mum told me you need to message them now. THEY REPLIED AT 12 AM, 1 AM AND EVEN 2 AM. What large organisation what is based in the uk even though they have clinics worldwide (I have no idea how they have lol) is responding to patients at this time. The whole thing is suspect...

Further to me voicing my concerns they said email back in a month after treatment however I couldn't wait that long as it was effecting my appearance and line of work... I eventually got an appointment for what I feel like a begged review on my part, and I went to see the guy who over filled my lips and by this point THE MIGRATION AND UNEVEN LUMPS HAD STARTED TO APPEAR. I got into the room and he literally argued against me lol. How can someone argue against the own changes in YOUR FACE... they was a clear white boarder on the top of my lip and an awful shadow and the centre of my lip was disformed. I got absolutely nowhere he massaged them and said come back in another 4 weeks, I felt asif I was been dismissed and he didn't care, I literally broke down in the chair and its like he was too scared to agree or disagree with me. Im telling you now the owner has all her patients manipulated or brainwashed because I could tell he knew they had migrated but its like he didn't want to agree of disagree. I wasted a 2 hour drive for nothing to be sent home, I literally hadn't ever felt this way before and I hear horror stories of organisations and I couldn't comprehend I was an actual victim of this kind of treatment and a 'bodged lip job'.

At the end of the review I said to the Dr I have read the awful reviews online and i'm scared i'm now a victim of mistreatment. HE said don't believe everything you see online and blamed it on 'fis' (ffoyans nickname lol) ex-husband... I WAS LOLIN in my head at this point thinking wow she really got you a whole script of cover stories too to cover up your dodgy company.

I came out feeling extremely deflated and very upset I thought he was going to offer to rectify his clearly terrible job he had done but instead I got dismissed.

I followed up my appointment with an email and listen to this this is where it gets funny... they asked for pictures of my lips so I sent them and they sent back a very clearly EDITED PICTURE HE TOOK IN MY REVIEW and tried to insinuate I HAD MANIPULATED MY OWN PICTURES... LIKE? Is that some sort of joke they have going on... because if you guys google the owner she edits every single picture of her face and it's an extremely embarrassing and FABRICATED SELF IMAGE OF HERSELF so she is clearly a little dandy on photoshop... by this point I KNEW I WAS PART OF THE SCAM... THEY HAVE NOW BLOCKED ME ON EMAIL, ACCLAIMED THAT MY FOLLOW UP IMAGES 'DIDN'T LOAD' IN THE CONTENT AND I'M LEFT WITH MIGRATED PAINFUL LIPS.

I'M 400 DOWN NOW HAVING TO PAY TO GET DISSOLVED ELSEWHERE AND ALSO INSECURE AND TRAUMATISED WITH THE DISGUSTING AFTERCARE

ALL THE AMAZING PRACTITIONER HAVE LEFT
FOR A REASON! GO ELSEWHERE!

They are scammers... not available after hours... they rent a room in Harley street and are nowhere to be found if anything goes wrong and they rush you so badly... dr. Melissa was rude and unclear. They give you fast food quality and service at the price of premium, it was one of the worst deals of my life it hurts just to recollect... please avoid

Unfortunately, Dr. Ellie should not be injection your under eye. She is a dentist as are all of the female doctors working for consultant clinic. The owner, Ffyona McKeating (a lay person with zero medical qualifications) is their trainer and a very dangerous woman.

I went to the Liverpool clinic on August 2018 and went for under eye and cheek filling procedure with Dr. Ellie. All went fine until I had retrieved myself with a bump under my left eye and had developed acne on the zone where she applied the filling product in my cheeks. When Dr. Ellie was doing my left eye, the injection kinda went out and she said "oh its fine, you will just have more product" I am wondering if that little accident has anything to do with my bump now. I have contacted them several times regarding this and at first they did reply to my emails (not knowing even who I was as apparently they do not save the patience history, weird as I haven't changed my email address and all communication inbound and outbound has always been the same email address) and the first answer came they suggested to go and seek help with an aesthetics doctor in my country. I have now an appointment with an aesthetics Dr although they have not yet answered on which product they used, quantity, and a full explanation of the procedure I underwent for a fellow Dr to understand and know how to act. It has been more than a month that I sent all documentation needed (my name, full explanation, pictures, info on clinic, doctor, procedure, ID etc) and have NOT YET received an answer! The bump under my eye is more and more visible and its not like I'm trying to get anything from the clinic BUT information on what product they used! I have never had any pimple in my life and I want urgently to know which kind of filler they used in order to tell the new doctor and receive the help I need asap. I am just asking for my information which I have the right to know! I have sent 20 emails by now and no answer after I have sent all the documentation. I would strongly recommend in my opinion to not visit this clinic specially when you do not live in the country and cant just pop in for a consultation if something goes wrong. I have also put a comment on their Instagram page asking for an answer, RESULT = they blocked me. Really? Thats how you treat your customers? I dont want anything else than to know what products you used and how much! To resolve its asap! Hopefully when you read this you finally answer my query so I can forget about this and my face can be back to normal.

All bull$#*! and seem to live on a high horse. If you challenge them they'll block you on social media. STAY AWAY. Plenty of friendlier and better places to spend your money on.

I had 2ml of lip filler injected at a cost of £670, after 1 week there is no difference, I complained and was offered no refund or correction, this company is a con, do not go there
