I ordered a birthday present for my son on April 22nd. The receipt said the item would be shipped within 7 business days. Considering the effects of COVID-19 we waiting another week. I found a toll free number on the site so my son called every day for 2 more weeks with the customer service rep being very irritated and replied it's shipping, it's shipping. Today is May 22,2020, still nothing. I tried to call and get a voicemail where you can't even leave a message. Emailed them and got a response 5 days later that the item was out of stock. It would have been nice to know that a month ago. And the best part- I haven't received my money back and I can't get anyone on the telephone to find out what the problem is. I really hope this wasn't a scam and I didn't just get ripped off for $177.19 plus an additional $35.44 for shipping and $15.20 for sales tax.

These people will not answer the phone, They will not return voice messages or email requests, When you purchase something they never ship, Very frustrating, Most likely you will have to contest the charge with your bank, CONSUTRONIX HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, Also when you search there ip address its somewhere in INDIA, here is what the report said-- High Risk - It is likely this IP address will be used for fraudulent behavior and malicious activity based on recent actions by this IP address. IPQS has recently detected abusive behavior from this connection... Proxy Detection Test for 202. 88. 235. 90

You know what? I READ these reviews sometime after I didn't receive my item. But I'm a trusting person - I stuck with them and ignored these reviews until I saw a fraudulent charge for ANCESTRY.COM for 300 dollars a month later, with absolutely nothing I purchased in sight.

These reviews are absolutely right. If you buy from consutronix, your identity WILL get stolen and someone will abuse it. That is the only thing you will know for sure if you make that mistake. I'm working with my bank - but seriously, these people can go STRAIGHT to hell.

Just like the previous reviews on this page, I placed an order online for a product that was seemingly out of stock everywhere else, but "In Stock" at Consutronix. I placed the order with 2-Day shipping for a project at work; a $400+ purchase. A few days later, my corporate AMEX used for this purchase had a fraudulent charge of $250 on it. That card was canceled and a new one was issued for me. It has now been 12 days since I placed the order and my purchased items have never shown up. Any requests I've made for tracking/shipping info have gone largely ignored. I hope these folks like attention, because they're about to be featured on the local news.

After ordering from Consutronix and never getting my order, I canceled it and asked for a refund. My card was refunded; but on that same day, fraudulent activity was detected on my card.

Placed order for " in stock" item with 2 day shipping, confrontation email sent to me, nothing out of the ordinary.
A week later I call the 877number from the web site and ask for tracking, guy said he would call me back in a few hours - nothing. But I do get a call from AMX with 6 fraudulent charges right after Consutronix ran my card - that happened to be right after I called looking for tracking. I emailed and called for any type of updates but got no return calls or emails.
Don't believe the owner poster reviews, these clowns are a scam!

I used my brand new credit card to make a purchase on this web site. The card was brand new and has not been used elsewhere. Guess what. The company was unable to fulfill my order after 2 weeks of wait, and then later I found a fraudulent transaction from SeaWorld in Florida where I have never been to. Clearly correlates to the use of my card with this company. Beware, they are thieves and must go to jail.
