I ordered a rolling pin that lites patterns on dough. These are trebdyvright now and I've seen lots of postings about them. What I got in the mail is a terrible knock off- a thin rolling pin with a crappy attempt at the design just drawn on. Clearly this is a scam account selling fake products. The pictures are stolen and you will not get what you were shown.

Again, we at Cool Calm Culture are deeply sorry for this issue. I can assure you we are not a scam and do our best to provide the best service possible.
Cool Calm Culture have had internal troubles from one of our suppliers of the "Christmas Rolling Pins" and some of our customers have been receiving defective/false orders. This to say the least is extremely unfortunate for all involved.
Any customers who are receiving false/defective orders of the 'Christmas Rolling Pins' will be fully refunded when they provide images of their order.
These images will be used in our case against the supplier.
