Express response via email. I wanted to change my shipping address, I emailed customer service, within an hour it was sorted! Super impressed!

They get you in with the parts and then price gouge you. They sound really good over the phone but they dont care. Trust me I know, I ordered 4 printers from them, it had a bad drum they wouldn't replace. They tell you one price over the phone and then change it on the invoice and wont credit you. Si/Kevin

Copyfaxes shipped me a badly packaged, broken printer. An accessory was also missing. They were uncooperative and aggressive when I called to discuss. I returned the printer and they finally made a partial refund. After numerous emails, they finally agreed to make full refund, but weeks later they have still not issued it.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY! Horrible! Horrible products, horrible customer service! And if you do get your (broken) printer - good luck, they will refuse to help you!
