Ordered an exhaust system for my C4 on 12/4 that was supposed to ship 12/8. We were notified of a delay and that it would ship 12/22. Following week, no updates and zero ETA. I called every day and they could never provide an ETA. Eventually cancelled the order after being without my car for a month and ordered from another vendor that shipped same day.
They have zero urgency in a situation like this to get updates from their suppliers or provide clear updates. Wouldn't even offer expedited shipping for once parts came in. Never using them again. Wish zero stars was an option.

Power window ribbon for 1984 Corvette, I orderd in the first month December, then, I get my part in the first of June.
Update: So here it is July 26th. I just spoke with Jennifer at Corvette Central. She now told me the parts aren't due in until the 27th. Again, no email, no phone call, no good customer service. Needless to say I canceled the order. Their website says 4 day lead time fulfillment. It has been 24 days and no fulfillment. When I ordered them, they were supposedly in stock. Guess they are ok with giving bad service to customers who spent thousands of dollars. They think we're stupid enough to keep giving them our money even with bad service. But, there are plenty of other Corvette aftermarket vendors.
My technician ordered an upper and lower control arm for both sides of my C2 Corvette. CC had no delay in taking our money right after we ordered which was placed May 10,2023. Monthly follow ups got the same response. "It will be shipped next month." CC clearly uses a third party manufacturer and would not contact supplier and ask the question 'why the delay'. CC made a business decision to keep their customers in the dark. I want to make it clear that anything 'not in stock' WILL NOT SHIP NEXT MONTH! I cancelled my order October 24,2023 and will not use CC for anything in the future. I have since contacted Eckler's and they have in stock and will have to me by end of week! Please go to Eckler's with your business.
