Buffering like crazy also skips like a bad DVD! I won't go into details as all of the reviews I read on this site say the same thing! None of my other streaming services do this and I have high speed internet! I am on a trial period, but I only have it for a week, I don't think I will continue unless this MAJOR SCREW UP is fixed! Of course it's bell what else is new? Because they lost their monopoly, we get poor service when we try to use their streaming services!

They won't refund a cancellation of renewal of service. For those living in Quebec the Consumer Protection Act requires they give between 60 and 90 days notice of renewal. They send out 15 days before hand this is not respecting regulations. They must refund and accept cancellation from a client requesting this. There claims of this internal policy of not refunding is not valid and not the law. This still gave me a hard time refunding me with me explaining this law.

214.5. The merchant may not demand payment for services of which the consumer was deprived during the repair of goods supplied free of charge or sold to the consumer on the making of the contract or during the term of the contract, if
(1) the goods were given to the merchant for repair while they were still under warranty and the merchant did not provide a replacement free of charge;
(2) the goods are necessary for the use of the services purchased.
Likewise, the merchant may not demand payment for services of which the consumer was deprived during the repair of goods leased from the merchant for the use of the services purchased.
2009, c. 51, s. 11.

214.6. The consumer may, at any time and at the consumer's discretion, cancel the contract by sending a notice to the merchant. The cancellation takes effect by operation of law on the sending of the notice or the date specified in the notice.
The total of the charges the merchant may then claim from the consumer, other than the price of the services provided to the consumer calculated at the rate provided in the contract, constitutes the contract cancellation indemnity. For the purposes of this paragraph, a service contract or a contract for the lease of goods concluded on the making of or in consideration of the service contract forms a whole with that contract.
2009, c. 51, s. 11.

Guessing I'm like most people who really don't care about the cast and crew at the end of a show. When you roll the credits and I bail it means I'm done with that movie or episode. I don't want to resume back to the credits next time I log in.

You really need to watch Netflix as I said before. While I'm on the subject of Netflix, block letter title under the poster would be nice (same as Apple, Amazon, Netflix).

The last thing is you need to get with the Atmos and Dolby Vision formats. You are a premium service, with a premium price, so please deliver premium content

My wife and I feel we have been taken advantage of in what we think is unethical practices by Crave TV. A while ago we received an offer to sign onto the service for a free month. We had difficulty getting it to work on our equipment and contacted Crave for assistance. After working with their adviser it was determined that we could not access the service and was told by their rep that they would cancel our trial as we could not access. Later this month we received another offer of a free trial and as we had upgraded our tv to a "smart" tv we signed up only to find that we had been charged a fee. We contacted them asap ( the next morning) and we were told as we had tried the free trial before we were no longer qualified to receive a free month. We explained that we had not accessed the service and was told by their rep that they agreed we could not access and they were sorry. When we contacted Crave about the charge they refused to remove the charge even after we told them to cancel. Their reply was" sorry but you should have read the small print". I believe that Crave has trapped us into signing up for a "free" trial only to charge for a service we never had access to.
