Selection of products is excellent, though pretty much commensurate with every other authorized Cuban cigar dealer. Prices are very competitive. On-line shopping experience is smooth with an easy to follow order and payment progression. Very secure packaging. Shipping to the US takes a little time, generally a couple of weeks with customs, etc., so be patient. Their customer service is excellent. They follow the shipment and let the customers know, via email, when they can expect delivery. Overall good vendor.
I have smoked Cuban cigars for 30 years and have never seen such a shortage on pure Cubans, yet this website seems to have an inventory of more Cubans then the other ten, and their prices are some of the lowest. I have smoked 3 boxes of anejados, Montes and R&J and I am still a little spectacle they are totally pure Cubans. I have paid 25-30% more from cigarone and believe they are completely authentic. Please share your thoughts with me.
