The boy who came to deliver bouquet of flowers was VERY RUDE. I am 67 years old Senior Citizen and takes time to come to the door. He rang twice in the span of 30 seconds, so I asked him to be patient. He was furious and said he can't wait. I told him Not to come to my house next time. Instead of saying sorry he ADVISED me to tell the person, who booked the flowers for me, NOT TO SEND IT THROUGH FNP.
VERY VERY RUDE OF HIM. I believe FNP is doing good business but with this kind of staff and their attitude will surely put a dent to your business.
