Wanted a special gift for College Graduate daughter, sent them a screenshot and they sent me a MISSPELLED canvas. Refused to correct it. Showed them what I sent them but they didn't care. Said they would have to completely redo the setup and they would only do it over if I paid them AGAIN. Very disappointed & frustrated.
If you are looking for pictures on canvas, stay away form this company. Poor quality and lack of customer service. The picture quality was embarrassing and when I asked them to re-issue it, they said it was the best they could do. I have had other canvases done and they look amazing. I suggest going to Costco where, not only will they make good on their product if there is any issue at all, but there are no additional shipping charges.
I purchased two door mats from this company, both arrived completely wrong. The first was a custom mat where I submitted an image. It came with the wrong colors (white instead of black in some places, white instead of grey), and some of the image was transparent. It looked awful. I contacted the company, and they said they didn't see anything wrong and that it wouldn't print exactly as submitted. OK, I could live with not exactly, but it wasn't even close. The second mat was a gift with a Welcome to The Miller's. It arrived with completely the wrong name! Do NOT purchase from this company.
Purchased 2 canvas photos, came from China and quality was horrible. Company should not stay in business that delivers junk. Go elsewhere.
