I wanted to order flash drives with our company logo on it. I should have been suspicious when there was never a customer rep available. I paid for my items but did not receive any other coorespondence from the company and no flash drives arrived. I tried calling, emailing, on website chat... nothing. Finally disputed through Paypal. DO NOT USE!
Do not use this company SCAMMERS! Paid them and no product was delivered. They don't return calls or emails beware. I am working with PayPal to get my money refunded.
Easy ordering process and very secure. Most importantly what a "wow" factor at the new student orientation when we handed out the custom USB flash drives. Great job.
I have used this company before with good results. I made an order for this year in November and haven't' seen my order (it's been 45 days) and Angel is not answering my calls. The business phone number is disconnected.
I don't recommend this place they are a bit sketchy
I hired customizeddrives.com to print and deliver 150 custom USB drives, with Angel Velazquez being my account manager. I had worked with Angel when he was employed with a different company, so even though the price he gave me from this "new" company was almost unbelievably low, I didn't have any reason to not believe they were not on the up and up. BOY, WAS I WRONG! Total scam... took our money for usb drives and then disappeared... no product, nada! We tried every phone number and email address we had for him, but never any reply. TOTAL SCAM - you will lose your money. Angel Velazquez as the account manager did basically disappeared on us, and nobody else from the company followed through on our order, even though they took our money weeks earlier. I would not trust this company or this account manager - I suggest you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CUSTOMIZEDDRIVES.COM

Looking through our records we do not know who you are. We have searched and we can not find your information. If you have a legitimate claim please email me directly or let me know how to get in touch with you. As a company if we do not deliver for one reason or another we always refund your money. For you to sit there and call us a scam without giving us a chance to fic the issue is unfair. The reason we use paypal is so that companies or buyers understand that we are willing to deal with any issues and are held to a high standard by paypal. As soon as you have a chance please get in touch with me as I do not know who you are.
