From the screenshots attached everybody can see the all the evidence: they are 12ve in total. Shamelessly the customer support recommended me to find a writer who is a native English speaker, etcetc! This is very embarrassing bcs on their website is stated: "PROFESSIONAL ESSAY WRITING SERVICES" - " GET YOUR REPORT DONE BY AN EXPERT"!

The experience was horrible: there have been so many problems in terms of lateness in delivering the assignment, WORSE: IT WAS FULL OF MISTAKES! So l had to correct them myself in order to deliver the work-the roles were switched but shamefully l paid money for this, how comes?! Absolutely you would not expect that from a professional writer - THIS IS PURE SCAM!

I spoke with support: *******@customuniversitypapers.com but they just wanted get rid off me: they told me a lots of lies, I have all evidence which l can supply.

On the 20th Nov 2020 I contacted the merchant James Mbaluka the person who got my payment. He said:" the complaint was received and is being processed. Once a decision has been made you will get a response." I emailed him again on the 05th Jan and 8 Feb 2021 - I have not received any response so far.
On their website Custom University Paper is Written " MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" - Why all these lies?
I emailed them the result as proof and the letter stating l would risk to fail the course - but they ignored me: even on the live-chat on their site when l ask them about the refund they just hung up on my face.
Because of their negligence my assignment did not pass the test and got marked negative which caused me to drop the course.
I LOST A LOT OF MONEY!

I emailed to SiteJabber a proof of my purchase.

AVOID CUSTOM UNIVERSITY PAPER: THIS SITE SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO TRIBUNAL.
Their site looks very appealing but they take advantage of this by stealing people's money.
Avoid this scam.

Run away as quick as you can. Once they take your money they become rude and never cooperate with you professionally.

Their writers provide very poor quality papers, and they will never revise their work without making extra payments.

If you have any problem with a writer, their support won't help. They just ask you to write to the writer yourself.

Dont waste your time and money as I have missed my deadlines and never got my money back

My name is Maribel. I have ordered a dissertation a month ago. I received it a bit later than scheduled, KIMBERLEE "wrote" it. I only read few passages and realised something was wrong, so I gave it back for a change. I haven't got time to read the full paper until few days ago when I realised the grammar was very poor, also it was supposed to be UK English, but looked liked it's beed done with Google translate. Please, trust me and trust your gut when I say you should spend your money elsewhere. And I've ordered the most expensive service-Excellent Writing-more like secondary school than university level.
Please note, I'm not paid by another company to make Custompapers look bad, they are. They will threat you if you try to get refund, so watch out.

I've been using CustomPapers.com for a little over a year. I requested an experienced PhD level writer (his name was Geoffrey; I believe you can find reviews of their writers on EssayTalk.com). I have to admit, I had to ask for explanations sometimes because the quality was way over my head! But that is what I needed. All the instructions I provided have been followed and I used a lot of new research / reference ideas suggested by the writer. So, I ended up with a great end product (dissertation) and learned more than I ever expected. I will be back, no doubt.

There was never a time when I got a plagiarized paper from them, and there was only one time in 4 years that I found that a writer made a mistake. And they corrected the mistake when I emailed them about it. Also there was a paper that one writer sent late because the writer got sick or something, but they are honest writers. Seriously, they saved me a lot of times when I needed help.
