I attempted to order equipment from this site, and they sent me some mask instead of what I ordered. Please do not order anything from here. It is a scam to give themselves fake reviews. It is all a front. They have a fake number and a fake email address.

This site is a front for a Chinese scam. I attempted to purchase a piece of exercise equipment from the site. Within 5 minutes of my pressing the "complete my order" button multiple fraudulent charges were made on my card in China. After a few days I was sent a tracking number and awaited delivery of my purchase, guess what? Instead of a 30lb piece of exercise equipment, the tracking number was for a envelope weighing less than a pound and containing a few paper face masks. The vendor charged me as "SuMing Sheng". Good luck trying to get someone to respond, they don't exist. Stay away from these crooks.

I ordered a Reebok deck priced at $69. CValuely mailed a mask via first class. When postal serviced scanned for confirmation of delivery, CValuely utilized it as proof of delivery. The Reebok deck is a 29lb. Item and cannot be mailed first class. However, PayPal accepted this as product receipt. I opened another claim through PayPal with the complaint being that I was not refunded $69. During the PayPal claim process, I continued to try to work out a resolution with CValuely. I agreed upon a $60 refund. As time passed, I questioned CValuely regarding the status of the refund. They would reply"please be patient dear. It is coming from a third party bank." Recently, PayPal declined my dispute stating " The seller states that you did not accept partial refund!" Therefore, please know that CValuely is fraudulent & PayPal is corrupt. Also note that it is tedious to work through PayPal app to close account. It is best to purchase from well established businesses as well as use a trusted credit card carrier.

I ordered a dumbbell set from them, waited over two months, and what came in the mail was a pack of 10 cheap white masks. This was what the tracking information was for as well. When I contacted them, they said it was a mistake and that they sent the wrong product and that they would resend the right product. Well, that was over a month ago that the replacement apparently "shipped out". The new tracking information they gave me is fake, and is not in any shipping service that exists, let alone the service they sent me the link for. Every time I have tried to contact them about getting a refund, all they do is tell me to "wait patiently" It has been over 4 months since I ordered the dumbbell set, and this has been literally the worst experience with a company I've ever had. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered calf press machine, received cheap disposable masks. They said they resent the correct item, never received. They said they would refund me, never received that either. Only able to communicate through their email *******@outlook.com. They email you back but only with false information.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT. I received a package with 10 cheap masks. I emailed the company and they said they sent the wrong product! LMAO.
