Have you ever heard of a UPS that did not have a replaceable battery. Cyberpower makes a model, the ST425 that they say that the battery is non replaceable. WHAT?!? So basically it becomes a paperweight when the battery dies. That is ethically dirty and an unprofessional way to do business. Their warranty site doesn't work either when you attempt to request a warranty replacement. Do not waste your money on Cyberpower UPS's.
