The design, craftsmanship and comfort are all excellent. Indicating that most consumers are generally satisfied with their purchases.

I am writing a review on this website here because there is not an option to review it on their page (I can imagine why). I ordered from them and began contacting them when my package did not arrive within three weeks. I also noticed that I had not recieved any e-mails reporting the progress of my order. I visited their website and found that my order had been cancelled without notice. I emailed their customer service three times without response. The people that run this website are obviously not concerned with their customer's satisfaction because I recieved no return email. I will never shop with them again and I would advise anyone considering it against it.
