After talking with Mr. Ruby Ansari, so was talking roughly and telling us whether you need balance boxes or not? After asking about this mistake. Always DCG employee talks unprofessionally., we will put complain online so people will not have problems from illiterate employees. People like Ruby Ansari are the responsible for all problems happen in the companies., instead of apologies she talks like a boss, even boss can't talk like this way, we have regret as we are customer of DCG pac.

This is a fraud company. They dont ship any orders complete, they dont inform about out of stock items. Box dimensions dont correspond to your order in any manner. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get back my money, but as a word of advise pls avoid this company at any cost. There is nothing they do right and the mistakes are not mistakes but done with the intention of cheating.

Absolute shameless frauds. I have gotten bad products online before, or late... but never have I paid and simply received NOTHING. That is not bad service, that is theft. I wrote their CMD, Subhasish Chakraborty on FB because he has no other contact - and his customer service staff has collapsed - but no reply. DCGPac is dead - don't waste your money
Delevry service little bit let and some payment stuck but overall good team and services helpful staff
I placed an order for 4 different types of products. Only 2 products were shipped. I tried calling their customer care number and no one answered the call. I tried calling the numbers displayed on their Facebook page and both the numbers don't exist. Pathetic service and pathetic customer care. I will never order another product on this site. And I advise the ones reading this message not to purchase anything from this website.
There is a lot of variety of stationery and the quality is also very good and the parcel is dispatched on the day of ordering.

Please help yourself and never order from them. They have zero communication. The worst customer service as they do not pay any heed to their customers. They do not have half the products in stock and never care to inform. Their quality is super bad and customer service i cant even begin to explain how bad it is.

Well, I placed an order with them. The Order was Dispatched Same Day!... Amazing services.
I wanted office stationery for my new office and my staff appreciated all items which I ordered at DCGPAC. All products were of very good quality and also I got them at very affordable prices.

I ordered with this company big order but they are 100% fraud. Never received any tracking number or anything from their side. Never trust on this site.
