I purchased the Best Telescope for kids and beginners item#******* for $75.98. I received a $10.00 knock off version that you may see at a flea market. I tried to cancel the order 15 minutes after it was placed, but they waited 4 days to respond that it was shipped. Since then I tried to return it because it was not the one I purchased and they simply stopped responding!

This company is a total scam. Their return policy is B. S. they ship items that look nothing like their shown on website. I'm out over 100 dollars on shoe boxes that are made cheaply. Several of the lids arrived broken. No one will return my emails about a refund and returning the items. Cheap and flimsy material is what was sent to me. I am so angry that they are able to run a business this way! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. There is a reason you can't leave reviews on their website.

I ordered a product and it was completely different than what was described I emailed them for e return and refund my email I got back states they will only refund me 12.00 of the 147.00 I paid and that I can sell it or give it away as a gift. This company is a straight fraud

Bought 2 Lawrence Robots from dealgreat.com. They arrived a week after Christmas, they were supposed to be here before Christmas. They sent a very cheap version of the robot, looks very similar, but doesn't do much of anything that the Lawrence smart bot can do. Tried to get my money back so far to no avail. They offered me $2 to keep the wrong toy's. Every time I told them no and that I want my money back, they responded with 2 more dollars. It's up to $11 dollars now to get me to keep the wrong toy's. This is the 3rd time I've been through this same problem with a Chinese company. Just one more reason not to buy from China. The pictures below show how similar looking the toy's are. I really don't think this was accidental.

I paid 110 for these low quality shoe boxes and they don't even fit my shoes. I tried to get a refund and they offered me $4. Do not buy from this website

Total rip off. I ordered the show boxes that have the drop too and slide. Took 2.5 months to receive boxes that I did not order free I inquired about the order. They have been adamant that I can't return or exchange because they are afraid the boxes will be damaged. They won't refund and admit to not having the product I ordered. Do Not do business with them EVER. The boxes I received are not even an option and they are just plain shoe boxes although they arrived in good condition ITS NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR WANTED they offered a refund of $5 and $10 them told me to sale to someone else or give as a gift? #SOPISSED.

This company is a total scam. I ordered a vacuum cleaner with mop. After I didn't hear from the company I searched and found a lot of complaints about their products and cancelled the order. The address they used last September was *******@soofancy.com. Website doesn't exist anymore. A while later they told me the order has been shipped and I can't cancel the order anymore. They provided me with a fake tracking code. After I received the vaccuum cleaner without the mop station, I tried it out and it didn't work. I described it in detail to the company and asked for a shipping label to send it back. I had to send them a picture from the item and the packaging and the shipping label. They expected I threw it already out. After I've send the pictures and requested either a shipping label or refund, they told me it is too expensive to send it back and if I'm not satisfied I should sell it to somebody else. When I didn't accepted any of these crap, they offered me a refund of $ 5.00 and later $8.00 I didn't accepted. The website is gone in the meantime and I still don't have a penny back. Now they have on their website an address in China, before was an address in US.

I received it in good condition, but I bought the wrong color and reduced my expectations. Unexpectedly, I like it very much when I received it. I am willing to continue buying next time.
