“Absolute Lack of Customer Service”

We purchased a sofa including a $150 charge for delivery. When we tried to schedule delivery and informed the store that the maximum truck height for entry to our condo is 12'6", the store said they did not have such a truck, refused to deliver our purchase and did not even offer assistance to find someone else or pay the additional costs incurred. I will never shop here again.
