Every order gets done ad never an issue. Any time I have called and spoken with anyone, they are the example of what friendly professional and knowledgeable staff are. Kudos guys!
Your team messed up on your pricing, cancelled my order and will not honor your mistake. That's garbage. If YOU make the mistake, honor it. Not my problem.

Now two weeks later than when I placed my order for an item that was supposedly stock in Montreal and, still, never got the email saying it's ready to pick-up... really disappointed. Should have bough it from Amazon or something.
I was told on July 21th that it was waiting on fulfillment then on the 26th I contacted them again and I was told the item was in BC... and it would be ready in a day or two... we're passed that already...

Really poor experience in paying/ shipping.
You can't have 2 offices; pay with the adress of the main building and received your stuff in the new office.
Unifi's site is even worst.
Of two evils, choose the least
Unifi Access points on the website indicated no POE injectors and needed to be purchased separately. I purchased 2 POE Injectors and when I received the products the AP units actual had POE injectors so unwanted my money on purchasing them. Make sure you confirm that they do or don't have them included. I contacted the online customer service chat and they told me to purchase the ones I did so obviously don't work for me.
Incorrect information regarding
Fast shipping good prices.
I had excelled communication with the Customer Service people and they were able to assist with pointing me to products compatible with our equipment. However, the website doesn't have full details of each product so I was taking a chance on my order and now I have to place another order because I couldn't be confident the products would be compatible until they were physically received.
Range of potential products
The order arrived quikly and exactly as ordered, as always excellent service. Will order again when i need Ubiquiti or other IT devices
