“STAY AWAY at all costs! RIP OFF ALERT!”

This company is a total disaster. The contract that they make you sign is sooooooooooooo restrictive and one sided that contractors are legally prevented from posting on ANY negative comments online [even if the comments are constructive and backed by fact] I think Endeavor paid of RIPOFF REPORT to remove negative posts about them. 1.) It seems like they will find any way possible to avoid paying for work done. [They have numerous labor lawsuits pending against them. Some of them might have gotten settled and sealed but they have issues] 2.) They have 1-2 hour hold times to check in and out of work order. Log outs with Vendors have run up to 5 hours. 3.) Rude scheduling reps. Of which some speak broken english. 4.) Constantly cancel work orders the night before and won't provide any reason for it. 5.) Contractor payables never returns emails and doesn't appear to have a phone number. Good luck if you have a dispute about an invoice. 6.) They have no formal dispute/complaint resolution process in place. There current dispute process is if one of there reps complains, the contractor won't get paid and they block you from their program. It's a witch hunt. 99% of the time the issue is the Endeavor reps' fault. HOWEVER we will never know for sure b/c they don't do any research or investigation or look at facts and evidence. 7.) No one ever returns emails or calls. 8.) Work orders are repeatedly scheduled incorrectly, have wrong addresses, get canceled, are double booked, equipment isn't shipped to site, or no one shows up. 9.) Some work orders require 3 hour commutes. Have Repeatedly not paid for tolls, travel or materials. You'll be lucky to break even on some work orders.
