Design Centric

Previously know as Digital Centric (read reviews) struck off, transferred our web sites to Design Centric without our knowledge or permission. Months requesting service with no response. Requested transfer to new provider and they wanted €3,600 for access to transfer. Then pulled down our website for non payment after we had offered to pay any ongoing hosting fees until agreement reached. Had also moved hosting to Canada without our knowledge, complete disaster, avoid at all costs! Company Registered HQ pic below.

Design Centric developed a web portal for our group of companies. We are a group of companies based in Dublin. The web portal was completed at the promised time, and the work quality left me stunned. It was so good! The features were great, and it made communication between our top managers and the other line staff easy and smooth. I will rate Design Centric 10 out of 10.

Please avoid, it's a scam. Reviews are probably fakes. I talked with Jason Webb, then with someone, then with a pseudo-lawyer that isn't register (that ask me money for "copyright protection") and then with Nelson. They do like this to make you loose your time. Always false promise, always asking more money for upgrade or for copyright. I waited now 6 months and I haven't at least at mode page that is worth the US$1100. When I want moneyback they stop answer. Really better to AVOID. I did the declaration at the police office
I just put screenshots of what they promised. They promised Design Page in 48-72 hours. Website developped in 7-10 business days. They promised me this in september 2022 and now we are February 2023 and still nothing. The little star after the 100% moneyback guarantee means that there is no Moneyback.The money I send them have been received by a company in India.
Now they are saying that if I dont put out this review they wont refund me (thanks to this review they finally tried to reach me again). They say they will only send the money when I will have put out this review. Seems unprofessional for me that they only try to reach me after I wrote this

I have enjoyed working with Design Centric. We agreed to work with this agency for three website development last month. They have delivered us two WordPress websites. The Magento one is in the final stage of the testing. I am highly satisfied with their web development service.

I was completely scammed. Paid thousands of dollars for a web design and hosting and they refuse to refund. Nelson, Jason, and Ellie never completed my web design and it's been almost a year.
We need to initiate a class action lawsuit considering the amount of customers that have had their hard earned money stolen by this company. I'm ready to pursue this legally. To all customers that have experienced similar issues, feel free to contact me to take legal action against Web Design Centric.

Hiya, I want to share my experience with team Design Centric ireland. It is really hard getting the best resources and I got them for my Logo Illustration project.

It was pretty well done and was minimal to the point of appreciation.

Design Centric provided me with my book cover designs. I am in awe of all the three-book jacket designs. 10/10 and highly recommended!
