Cheaters! I purchased a sony vaio laptop battery from them... they sent me one and i paid using my credit card. The battery was not original and was of low quality. My laptop started getting heated and behave strangely with that battery. I emailed them and they asked me to send it back. I did send it but after that no response for my emails. They didnt replace it and i lost my money. I send around 20 emails, but no response from those cheaters...

Lousy service - its a scam- Ordered a replacement battery for my laptop, took two weeks to deliver the wrong one, numerous emails have gone unanswered, they've got my money and I am stuck with a battery that doesn't fit. Don't go near them!
My daughter tried to order UGG boots from this site as several of her friends had. She was never sent any type of order confirmation, credit card was charged and NO boots every arrived. (ordered 11/21/10) Reported fraud with credit company who said they have many claims against this site and all UGG boots are counterfit, so definately do not use this site.
I thought I was ordering a pair off Ugg boots from UGG Australia, via a UK supplier. No confirmation of my order arrived, no replies from the emails I sent (the contact address kept changing), no contactable telephone number (the one given on the site does not exist). No goods arrived although the amount was taken from my account by this bogus site within a day or two of me placing the order.
Fortunately I ordered by Mastercard, who are investigating this on my behalf and have refunded the money to my account. Note to self... if something seems too good to be true, it's because it usually is!
I bought Ugg boots from another site and never got an email even confirming that I had bought them. I waited and they turned up, in a tatty box wriong size and colour. Tried to get the money back from my credit card who said that the Diggin shop has sent the correct boots and size. Will never buy from the internet again. This site is not contactable and as other have said we thought we were buying from another site. BEWARE
No contact when e mailed, no phone number, no address and as yet no product
avoid. The sums owned seem to average £90+. I paid by MasterCard so that's my only hope.
My only contact with diggingshop.com was when I saw a debit of £93.17 due to them on my Halifax mastercard statement for November 2010. I e-mailed diggingshop to query this transaction, but have received no reply. They provide no phone no. And a Yell search was negative. I will now take this matter up with the Halifax. Garrey
I ordered a replacement battery adapter for a Dell laptop from what I thought was a Canadian company. Turns out it was diggingshop. I did receive the product, but it never worked. I have been trying for 3 months to have it replaced, to no avail.
I don't even know what this site is. I found a 500$ charge on my bank statement to this website that I've never used from a paypal account that I don't even have! What is this site?! And how the hell did it get my info!?
I sent an email to *******@diggingshop.com just to see if I would get a response. Nada
They state that they sell electronics and not boots, cloths, etc... regardless they never responded
Like all the others who have reviewed this site, I have just found out today this is a rogue site and www.ipodnanosite.com. I purchased an ipod, received no delivery date, tried to contact the website and could get no answer, when I searched for the website, I got this one complaining, didn't even know it was a Chinese company until I got credit card transaction, too late though they have taken the money twice - had to cancel card. Can't be classed as fraud as I gave my details, got to try and dispute payments now - nightmare!
The web site is involved in a number of redirected purchases (e.g. People purchasing products not from this site, yet billed to this company). The order numbers were non-traceable. I know of at least one person afected this way recently (Nov 28th, 2010) and have seen at least two other people on the WEB with the same story. Three strikes and your out.
Our experience was the same as others. We were somehow redirected from UGG boots when we ordered a pair. $106. Bank of America is processing our fraud claim. Beware!
I did not even order from this company and they billed me on my bank statement and also my merchandise never showed! I had to get my money refunded by my bank! You can't even speak with a person. You have to email them and they never repond back!
Excellent customer service attracts customers coming back again for purchasing
