Had great prices and fast inexpensive shipping. I have purchased these printheads 3 times. 3 each time, their site was user friendly the prices were so good I had to wonder if it was legit. They were originally shipped from Florida, but now they are centrally located in Texas. I ordered them and they arrived 3 days later. Couldn't be happier.

Appalling company, took payment for a new pump and failed to deliver until 2 weeks later and only then after repeated emails. Their delay and dithering resulted in a blocked and unrecoverable DX7 printhead. They are an absolute waste of space and their customer service is a total disgrace. They do not give a s. T about you and they don't even deserve 1 star.

Not even worth 1 star.
I've waited over 3 months for an order I placed, and it still hasn't been delivered.
I've only experienced problems with this supplier. They offer no solutions, they just say sorry.

Payment was sent in full for a new print head, they sent me what looks like a reconditioned head with QR code scratched off and felt ink stop removed.
The head will not work and digiprint are running me round the houses trying to pass the buck. I'm now claiming on my card for the money.

This company will rip you off like me!
DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES is a big LIE - they stole my shop credits, they never completed some orders, they send stuff that is in poor quality or refurbished and this will still continue!
I ordered at DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES - so i don not crae which company runs it now or in the past - you are responsible for the orders! And if you dont care that in this name all the customers have issues, than this means you will not solve any problems in future!

What a Joke,
They have got everything the same and left ALL their debt behind. We ordered parts and didn't deliver. Then they promised a refund and didn't deliver. Fabio is full of $#*!! Just tells you Lie after Lie. Avoid at all costs! APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

They made me go through all these hoops after placing an order. Even though the billing address matches my CC address exactly. I guess they have never received an order over $3,000. Unbelievable customer service. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Ordered a set of core holders for my summa with expedited shipping. Had a project on hold and on the day of arrival it turned out to be one piece instead of two. Which is about as useful as having only one leg during a marathon. Thought I made an ordering mistake but website and invoice clear states thats its a 2pc set. Contacted them immediately explaining the situation was directed to their online support which, conveniently, doesn't have a phone number and has to be done via their website chat. After a couple back and forth I was left hanging in the air as I quote "Let me consult internally with my warehouse, ill keep you informed" for more than 24hrs already. In our modern day and age every minute is money made and lost. I cannot afford their mistakes as unlike "Digiprint" I fulfill my customer's orders. It is a real shame since they seemed legit and this could have been resolved ober the phone in a matter of 15 minutes and I would have been a happy customer, since mistake happen and what counts is the effort to resolve them.
After all this I've had to order the same set at another website. And will be asking for a full refund since shipping costs more than an item itself. Let's see how they handle that.

They are now selling refurbished heads. Both of my last two orders I was sent heads that were very obviously not new. Several of the heads didn't even work and the others had lots of issues with dead nozzles among other things. The last one we tried worked great so it was definitely their heads. Their customer service was rude and would not help make this right.

Will never order from them again. We are a large DTF printer and need to know that the quality is there and that the company we give money to will take care of us if something goes wrong. It is very disappointing to see them selling used heads when they claim they are new.

We are getting our money back through our AMEX card. Found a great company that will offer replacements if a head is dead and they don't sell refurbished like Digiprint.

Take orders and payment on their website for goods not in stock and do not send reimbursement or even the products ordered be very wary of this company they basically steal money

DO NOT BUY FROM DIGIPRINTS! They will not back up their so called warranty. They will blame purchaser for Digiprints faulty products. Their Caps are not OE they are reproduced from 3D printers. Their printheads are refurbished pieces of junk. My broke printhead prints better than the "NEW OE" printhead from Digiprints. Buyer is warned. Do not ever do business with these people. I would have gave no stars but could not.

You have been warned not to buy from DigiPrints.

Rip offs. Sold me a printhead for Mimaki which was never opened. When service tech eventually opened it, was full of cyan, black, and magenta ink. They said it was a "travel fluid"...what ever that is.
Refused to give me a credit or replace it.

Don't be fooled by the website. The address in Florida is fake, and calls are routed to India. They don't refund until the end of time for items that are out of stock.

My order placed on the 4th of October arrived yesterday, 9th of December 2019.
It took 2 months to receive this order and even though they kept on delaying the ETA, we managed to receive the product we've order yesterday.
I don't know what happens with the clients who ordered before 4th of October, but I think that for the others ones (who ordered AFTER 4th of October) - they will get their order, with a delay. I advise you talk with them (email, phone) and they can explain what happened and for sure, will try to keep their promise.
My communication with them (especially on the last part) was good, on the phone and on email and even though there was a 2 months delay, I've received my order.
I hope that they will solve all the problems they have and their customers will be satisfied.

Worst company ever - they take your money and they don't send you the order

DON'T MAKE ANY ORDERS ON DIGIPRINT - THEY DON'T SEND YOU THE PRODUCTS YOU'VE PAID FOR!
I've ordered and paid a print head on the 4th of October (2300 euros) and I kept on waiting to receive it, week after week and it didn't arrive. So I contacted DigiPrint. Until now they gave me 4 WRONG delivery time, each time they LIED about the delivery time.
If I am writing emails, I get NO RESPONSE. If I call, they answer, but they always keep saying the same story, that will check with the department, manager, but nothing really happens afterwards.
I am not interested in their transition and whatever they are going through. I just want to RECEIVE WHAT I'VE PAID FOR, 2 MONTHS AGO.
I was a Digiprint Client for years, and I was satisfied with them, but was is happening now is unimaginable.
Customer service is ZERO
They mock their customers.
From what I understand from other clients, there is a problem also with the refund of money, but i will take every legal measure I can so I can either receive the product or the money I've paid.

AS far as i am concerned they are a set of con men, i paid out around £8000 for heads they said they had in stock and then they didnt, went on to give me the run around for another 4 or 5 weeks promising this and that, never got the goods never got any refund and then pop.

Please don't not buy from this company.
Untrustworthy, so many people have lost a lot of money because of this company. I don't know why a company who is about to go bankrupt sends out emails offering discounts if your order by the end of September, then they close down 4 days later and reopens under a new owner. I think it was a fix to get a lot of money in before they close. Don't buy from here Unless you want to give your money away for free. There is charity's out there for that, save yourself the hard earned money and go to a trusted supplier. This company won't last as they have lost people's trust and by taking so many peoples money and telling them they can't supply what they have paid for and they can't refund them either.

Purchase made in February 2019, after 40 days of waiting (in which we could not print) we received nothing. We have canceled the order and after eight months we are still awaiting a refund (their advertising speaks of immediate repayment and shipment of the item ordered within 24/48 hours) DO NOT TRUST!
We are now taking an international cause to get the money back.

DO NOT BUY PRINT HEADS FROM THIS COMPANY!
August 28,2019 *****Poor Tech service and print head return. The new print head was paid for on May 28,2019 and I waited two weeks before for the print head was mailed. Upon inspection of the print head in the box i waited until i ordered all new OEM inks and cleaning solvent that is recommended by Mimaki to use in my CJV30 printer. The print head was installed on June 8,2019 for a day and removed the same day and properly cleaned with OEM Mimaki cleaning liquid to be sent back to Digiprint of being defective by our Mimaki Tech.

I will follow more on the Digi Print Print Head Report that is false and post it.

I returned a print head product because On July 8,2019 A Mimaki Tech installed my new print head from Digiprint, with New printer cables, New dampers and New cap station and all products was from Digiprint. 1. A run test draw result was okay. 2. All new dampers with correct ink levels. Black ink dripping idle mode and loss of colors as the Mimaki Tech was working on my printer for six (6) hours with the end result of a bad print head and i did pay for the professional service to Mr. Fabio Andrade om my Mimaki CJ30 printer in the amount of Seven hundred dollars $(700.00) by check number(599) on July 8,2019 for his time and i'm not happy that my printer is still down over a month because of the print head not working as it should and the replacement delay is costing be money each day the printer is working for production.

If you can not trust a business to take care of its customers, it is even more difficult to trust that business' agreements with its partners.

Even with the best intentions, companies turn out defective products and I need this product for my business, and therefore, I am requesting that you send me a replacement rather than a refund. I understand that because the product you sent was defective and I need this item urgently I am requesting that you replace the print head with a new one because it didn't work properly as my Mimaki stated that the print head is defective and it should be returned for a new one. Otherwise, I would like my full money back without delay.

I request that you please call me at the phone number indicated if there is any problem in getting the item shipped out immediately without delay and look forward to your positive reply before seeking further assistance to protect my interest. As of August 28,2019 of your Print Head Report of being false, inaccurate and misleading of finding(s) and does not match up or have a true merit. *** No one or person(s) damage OR used a wrong cleaning solution on this print head. All inks and cleaning solution(s) is OEM, original Mimaki products and i have all the receipts indicating that it was purchased recently and before my Mimaki Tech installed all the products including your print head and i also was with him watching everything and me or the Tech did not clean the print head surface at any time. As i'm a Tech also.
Upon your request to send the print head back to you because it was and is defective with respect in a past comment to send it back with a ESD packaging. This print head did not come in a ESD package and maybe that is why the print head is defective from the start. FYI: I do have video of me opening the new print head box for a visual inspection and it shows no ESD packaging from you to protect the print head of static electricity. This defective print head was working erratically from the start of printing. I look forward to your reply and a fast resolution of this matter.

Two Months plus of my printer is down and counting. Not good for any business, don't buy anything from Digi Print Supplies. I lost over $3,000. Dollars with this company and now pending legal action for my loss.
