This site will rob you. They do not ship what you order, they charge you for things you didn't order, they charge you 20% restocking fee to return the items you did or did not want. They do not credit back your purchase after returning items.
I ordered an expensive professional digital camera from this company and it has been nothing but headache since I've dealt with them. After I placed my order, I called three days later to verify the order and the sales representative talked me into upgrading by adding additional items such as a lithium battery and a warranty. I agreed that since I was spending that amount of money to protect my investment. The order was suppose to have been shipped within three business days. Over a week had passed and I still had not received my order. The original order was placed on January 14,2010 and as of today I still don't have my camera. I contacted customer service on Monday, January 25th and I was informed that my camera was shipped to the wrong address. Representative advised me to call back on Wednesday, January 27th. Instead, I called on Friday, January 29th and was informed that he didn't have access to log into the system for the status of my order. I checked my receipt and all of my informations was correct so how could they send it to the wrong address? This company charged me over $800 and has provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their phones are sometimes unanswered and I have had to call back repeatedly. I would never buy from this company again nor will I recommend any one else to buy from Digital Hawks dot com.
Ripoff. I am out $150. Camera sent broken, returned, but no new camera and no refund. Do not do business here!
The address given by this website is a sportswear store, not a good start.
There are several clues which when put together, strongly suggest Chinese connections and potentially, dropshipping or worse, counterfeit goods.
The site itself is a Yahoo! Store so the quality of the presentation is irrelevant. The same person does own many other domain names.
Given the vast number of camera stores, this one would be sufficiently suspect to avoid on all these counts. But as with all such operations, the low prices are the bait and people don't look further or do any research because it's the bargains that are calling to them.
This is almost certainly what's commonly called a "bait and switch" operation, in which the low price you pay for the main good turns out to be a snare to make you spend a lot more on accessories, batteries, memory cards and so forth. Once a person has your phone number and credit card details, he's going to be calling you to tell you any kind of story that gets you handing over what may be double or triple the amount that you'd pay elsewhere.
In photographic bait-and-switches, you'll be persuaded into buying extra batteries, cards, anything that you can be ridiculously overcharged for, and the deal will be presented in a way which makes it seem like a worthwhile investment. And because of the extensive range of accessories and spares that photographers need and tend to buy anyway, the photographic bait-and-switch is more common than some others and a little research should turn up information about others.
Speaking of research, as the site didn't give itself away as fully as I would have liked I took a quick look at what others had done before me. There's a blog article and a very, very long list of complaints and warnings about this guy here:

Draw your own conclusions. And always, always beware the guy who offers the lowest price.
