We've been over the moon with DMA since signing up with them back at the start of 2017. Our social media following has grown by 722% when compared to how much we were able to grow it ourselves in 2016. As a result, we are reaching more online users and are seeing a giant increase in traffic to our website and sales as well. They've also done a really great job replying on our behalf on our Facebook page and on our Twitter account, enabling us to keep track of support issues through social and questions. Their team is excellent all around.

Thank you once again DMA for all of the great work you've done helping us get our name out there. We have seen a substantial increase in online sales as a result of the outreach that has been done in getting us featured in a number of different tech blogs and online review websites. It has been an amazing experience seeing true professionals at work in their craft and the results have allowed us to continue developing our products into 2019.

We hired them for a 7 month SEO project. During that time they provided reports of progress they made, but the same problems they supposedly fixed were still present. We wrote content for posting both on and off site (which they were uncapable of generating), which did not get linked properly and the internal SEO review in Wordpress found many errors. During the 6 months they actually provided any service we generated perhaps 3 leads and none led to conversions. Lastly, we prepaid the the 15th of April. Just before March 15th we expressed we were going to stop at the end of our prepaid time (04/15/21). Suddenly all the phone numbers and email addresses for all the contacts we had at DMA no longer were in operation. Also, called the number on the invoice that we were emailed and that was answered by a medical service company in Florida that had no idea what I was talking about.

We have initiated a report to the BBB and FTC.

I've been introduced to a number of different marketing companies many of which make promises they can't keep, but this was the first time I was truly impressive with how open and honest their team has been over what type of work they do and the results one can expect to achieve. They don't make promises that they can't keep and they are open about pricing and the work to be completed from the very start. I would highly recommend getting an audit from them as they do a great job giving you an idea of what toy need.

Really grateful for everything they have done. It really feels like there is an emotional investment from their team in what we do and how we do it. They've really done a great job expressing what sets us apart from the rest of our market and have helped us establish our brand as a collection of people. We feel we are more connected with our buyers than ever before and that has helped us out a lot.

They have done such a great job with our Adwords campaign. We cannot even begin to express what it means to us to see our sales grow so rapidly in 2018. Our growth and expansion is a direct result of what they have done for us. Without increasing our advertising budget, they have managed to bring in more visitors that seem to be more willing to spend their money with us. What they are doing just seems to make sense, even if we don't understand how they've come to their conclusions. They do a great job all around.

I would like to give a personal thanks to William and his team for really pulling through for us. Our new website was launched in August and the response from our customers has been nothing but positive. We finally have a website we are not embarrassed to show off and the whole new user interface makes it so much easier for people to find what they are looking for. A huge thanks goes out to their team which was able to take what we had already made and refined it into the gem that it is today.

They have done an excellent job on our new website. It looks great, does a great job of conveying what we are about, and has gone on to get a lot of praise from our community. We're a lot more excited about sending people to our website now for more information on how they can help, and our online resources have been completely revamped by DMA to provide more accurate and helpful information to our passionate volunteers. Each month we are seeing better and better results. They've done a great job of turning around our online advertising and turning it into something clearly profitable. Their professionalism is outstanding and their ability to generate great ideas for ads and improving our landing experience has helped a lot.

Digital marketing agency proved to us that SEO companies are not snake oil salesmen in disguise; they have been nothing but open and honest with us and have done a lot of work to get our website featured as highly as it has been over the past nine months. Our traffic has skyrocketed over the past year and has grown to a point where 80% of our business comes from the Internet rather than from referrals or through our connections at our business association.

They are a great example of professionalism. Every step of the way from generating the initial proposal to ensuring we saw results we were looking for they were entirely transparent about the status of our project and the results they had achieved. We were naive enough to try this company out. Payed the 2,000 up front. It took them over a week to send us the most basic 'reports' they made for us after their extensive 'research on our company. The reports were the most generic reports. Had no relevance to our company and was completely USELESS! After trying to reach out to our 'account manager' the support line could not give us a phone number to call, nothing. Not to mention that on our zoom call the 'accountmanager' was behind a green screen and was indian. He also sounded like he didnt know what he was talking about. THESE GUYS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL DO NOT TRUST THEM!

After hiring DMA to help us with our SEO campaign I couldn't dare think about trying to do it all again in-house. They have done an exceptional job and have greatly exceeded our expectations for what SEO could do for our website. Since the success of that campaign, we have also had them manage our online advertising as we push for a huge expansion of our online business going into 2019. All across the board it has been a great success and we are very appreciative of the hard work they put into our account.

DMA has been invaluable to our product launch and the success it has provided to our sales team. We coordinated with their team to invest heavily into the launch of a new line of products and their team did a great job both creatively and in identifying the best channels to target with the product launch. As a result, we exceeded sales goals by around 41% percent within the first month of the launch and are now ramping up production to accommodate the increased demand. They handle all aspects of our online advertising and marketing and let us focus on making great products and handling customer support. Their social media team helps bridge the divide between our internal team and their social media experts to ensure that users across all of our channels are getting the right responses or directed to the right resources.

From the very start they were nothing but professional. After we signed the contract, they went to work immediately to ensure that we would see results as we invested our advertising budget with them, and what they did was astonishing. We were impressed with how quick they were to take our campaign and turn it into something that showed us some real value. I probably shouldn't be too surprised that they managed to make an amazing campaign for us, but that goes to show you just how great they are at advertising.

Their results speak louder than my words ever could. We have gained a ton of exposure and are seeing a ton of extra traffic to our website ever since bringing them on board for our lead generation. They do a great job of finding channels where we can acquire new leads and exploiting those opportunities to get the most impact.
