Having being worked here, the digital head treats you not less than her slave. The moment she finds your replacement she will start shouting on you, demeaning you in front of others. They target to fire people in their probation period, and cut 33%of their salaries. The so-called Director Deepak Thakur made a promise in front of 4 other people that I will be given my salary without any deductions and I will be no more working with them, because they are about to shut their business as they are not getting any clients. This man later denied of his own statement, and the pay which I got was after 33%deduction. It is a place where you will never be told the truth, the management is poor, not having any expertise in running a business. When you reach out to sort things, they say talk to HR, and HR says talk to Pankaj Sharma, then Pankaj Sharma says talk to Deepak Thakur or Shifa(HR) and when things go wrong they will put the blame on the team. Instead of paying at the end or beginning of month, they have made their own rule of paying on 10th of next month.And by the time you receive, it becomes 14th of every month. The founder of this start-up have big dreams like ringing his company's bell in Mumbai stock exchange but he is a liar, untrustworthy, unethical person who can't even handle stuff in a team of hardly 6 employees, neither have the guts to fulfill what he commit. Working here was no less than hell. I am writing this honest review, as i have immensely suffered their mental torture, I would request the future employees to never opt to work in such environment. All the other reviews posted on google are fake. Lastly, they adopt unethical practices to achieve targets.
