The experience was smooth. I have been speaking with the sales representative Oliver who was very helpful and answered even the dumbest of my questions.
I have purchased a doll from them on January 3rd. Even though the wait for the doll to arrive was long, however, very very worth it.
Tip for consumers:
Don't go for the heavy dolls as they are always heavier than you expect. Also, if the doll's face doesn't look quite like the photoshoot pictures, ask them to remake the make-up and they will do it (at least that was what I've done) and I'm very happy with the way it turned out.
