They are very honest and reliable. I have used them twice. Quick turn around and very reasonable price. First time work was of good quality, however second time it was not up to the standard. But they were very quick to resolve the issue. With out any argument they accepted their mistake and were willing to redo the paper or offered refund. I choose refund and I received it with in 4 working days. I certainly will use them again. Roberto
