Drain-doctor

If I could give negative stars I would. Shawn from this company assured me when I spoke with him at 4pm on 12/31/21 that he would add me to his schedule to get my plumbing problem fixed, even though it was New Year's Eve. Shawn didn't hesitate to tell me that his prices were double because it being New Year's Eve. I was agreeable because a) I understand it's a holiday, b) I wanted my job done asap, and c) he said he could do the job. Shawn then said he had other jobs in front of me but that he was working "all night" and would do my job. So, I wait at home since 4p. He calls me about 11p asking if I'm sure if I still want him to come because he now has a couple more jobs left. At this time, I'm think this jerk has been jerking me around all night. I tell him, "Yes, I've been waiting all night." I ask, "If I say, don't come tonight, am I going to have to wait all day tomorrow as well?" He says, "Probably". I say, "I need you to come tonight." Shawn says, "Ok the earliest I can be there is around 1am." I say, "Fine." Then Shawn calls me at 12:30am and says he's not coming. At this point, I am livid.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS. I just called Drains by James and they have a high review rating. One of the senior plumbers there answered my call at 1am to schedule an appointment with me THIS MORNING. He said The Drain Doctor is THE WORST. I said I totally know that. I will never call them again. I plead anyone, everyone, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with the Drain Doctor if you want your sanity. This guy probably didn't know how to do the job, he was such a liar. The worst customer service EVER!
