I once ordered a dress from Dress2015.com. The dress was very beautiful, but the color seems to be certain different from that shown on the picture, which made me certain disappointed. Totally the dress was well made, not a bad one. Still love it.

I am going to order a prom dress from Dress2015.com, two of my friends bought dresses from this company and both of them recommended me to buy the dress from this company. I saw a stunning dress and am willing to buy. Just now, I asked some question to a customer service named Britney, she is professional and polite and helpful. Can't wait to order the dress.

Ordered a dress (same tele number but company name is bessprom) for my daughter's 8th grade dance thinking it would be appropriate. When the dress arrived, the beading/rhinestone/sequins on the shell were nothing compared to what's on the picture. The shell only contained a cup for each breast. The rest was sheer. Sadly we had to work with what we had. A seamstress made a cami to attach to the shell so she could wear it as otherwise it would be too revealing.

Giving it a 1 star as it doesn't allow to give a 1/2.

I am wondering if anyone has dealt with this company before and how you made out. I made the mistake of ordering before seeing this. I greatly appreciate this is for allowing us to help each other with these unknown companies online. I have not received it yet but I will be back to let you know how it worked out.

Ordered a custom made mother of the bride dress, when it came it was a much different color than I ordered but I could have worked with that. The dress did not fit, much too small across bust and shoulders, there was not enough material to let it out the nearly three inch variancefrom the size ordered. After many attempts via email using photos to get them accept the dress return they refused to pay custom or shipping fee to return dress to Hong Kong. I paid half the price of dress to return because they offer no refund or return despite their written policy. Got my initial money back from my bank but still out shipping cost with no dress. Don't waste your time or money, these Chinese companies do not have honorable business practices, YOU WILL BE SORRY!

I just received the dress and luckily, the size is even fairly accurate. Such a wonderful soft quality and I feel it was made only and only for me. Thank you had a great time shopping and coming back soon!

I ordered a bridesmaids dress from this website in June. It was "custom-made" using measurements I sent in. When I received the dress, it was too big in the shoulders and had no waist - it looked like a potato sack. The WORST part was that it was completely uneven. The dress had ruching across the entire bodice, but it didn't match up at the center seam, so it made it appear as though my entire upper body was lob-sided. I emailed the company with pictures and they agreed to refund me $17.95 of the $140.00 I had spent. Not what I was looking for, but I figured "I'll take what I can get." In July I emailed the company again to let them know that the refund had never posted in my bank account. I never got a response. In August I emailed them again about the refund and to inform them that I'd had to spend $148.00 in alterations, just to make the dress wearable. Out of 8 bridesmaids, 5 of them had to have their dresses altered and 3 of those spent over $100 in alteration costs. Mind you, all 8 of us had DIFFERENT dresses. So, it wasn't just the same dress that they did a terrible job of making over and over again. This company has been a complete nightmare - from the quality of their merchandise to their customer service. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT order a dress from them or any of their affiliates. I found it interesting that when you search for their contact number **************, several websites come up, including: newdress2015.com, dress2014.com voguedress2014.com, peachesboutique.com, gindress.com, cheap-dressuk.co.uk, dress2015.com, etc. All of which list the same sales and factory address (UNIT 04,7/F, BRIGHT WAY TOWER, NO. 33 MONG KOK ROAD, KOWLOON), meaning that no matter which of their 20+ websites you order from, your dress is being made by the same, unskilled seamstresses.
