I work as a PR Executive for a large pharmaceutical company with business spread all over the world. Dressing professionally means a lot in my line of work. When ever I have to buy me some fashionable and yet "I know my business" kind of dress, I come here for three reasons. Nice collection, reasonable price tags and great service. Another reason for me to come here for my dress shopping is how easy it is for me to buy stuff and never have to worry about it beyond that.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's first communion and the dress was made to my sizes. The dress came with stains, not the material I ordered, the bottom hem was uneven, the dress was sewn crooked and the sizing was off. When I had my daughter measured we added a few extra cm just in case, and the dress was still too small. The customer service is terrible! The website says they will contact you within 24hrs, and I have been waiting 3 days now. WORST experience ever! Do NOT order from dressfirm.com

I made the order from the dressbraw.com for my girlfriend. The style and the quality of the dress is awesome! We didn’t find anything like that for a good price in the local shops. This dress fits very good and lokks like it is more expensive than it is. The email correspondence was very fast and the seller helped me to solve all the problems that I had. Black, short and stylish! That's what I wanted to wear for the first Annivarsary of ours. I wanted all of that and I still wanted it to be cheap as well... not to mention giving a total surprise to my boyfriend. I was searching Google and there I found this site and it was amazing. It had loads of dresses and it was very easy to find what I needed. Best thing about it all? The deals they got! Wow! With like 65% off on the dress and free shipping, it blew off any other deals I could find on the Internet.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter. One was for a semi-formal dance. I decided not order tailor made because if you look at the wording about the time it takes to make & ship I thought it would be cutting it short. If it needed tailoring I would have it done at my local tailors. After ordering I immediately emailed them with my concern about time and told them the date of her dance. They immediately responded and said that it was being sent to the department to get started. I was able to sign into my account to see the progress. It took about 6 weeks for it to be delivered leaving us 1 1/2 weeks before the dance. The quality was just as good as Macy's, and in fact it was exactly like one that Macy's offered except we had about 10 more colors to choose from. My suggestion is order sample fabric, order early, know that the style you pick is good on you, as they do not refund for anything other than quality issues, leave the tailoring to your local person, communicate and politeness goes along way. At least it did for us and we will use them in the future. P.S. Use there sizing chart when ordering and Saved 50% off Macy's price and free shipping. Daughter was very happy.

The dresses I bought were mostly casual attire and I was fully satisfied with them. Next time I will be trying out their collection of accessories as well.

I ordered a formal evening gown from Dressbraw.com on January 22. When I finally received the item on February 4, it was a big disappointment. It is very poorly constructed, with cheap material and frayed edges. It smells horrible and does not look even close to the professional garment pictured on the website. There is absolutely no way I could wear this item. I am disputing through Paypal and requesting a full refund. Thank goodness I bought a "Plan B" dress.

They kept the dress & the Money, Will not give me the dress or the money back. This is a Very Bad Company. Not a Trustworthy site. Dressbraw Needs to Give Me The Money or the Dress back. They should not By Law be able to keep My dress and the Money..

I bought one wedding dress from dressbraw.com on Christmas day, for that day they have a big discount about wedding dress. Tell the truth, I looked this website already one month, I like a wedding dress and one bridesmaid dress, but never buy from it, for I worried about that the dress not the same with the pictures.
On Christmas, they have a big discount, the dress I loved have a $20 discount, that moment I couldn't wait, but still worrying about the dress, the express and some more.
Today I got it only took 10 days which is beyond my expectation: the dress is so charming. I never had such good online experience.
I will get bridesmaid from them, hope these dresses will all beautiful and the same with the pictures.

That website has such a dirty products,, i ordered a dress for 160$ and everything was wrong in it. And they don't wanna give me my money back or even send me a label to return the dress. Customer service is really nasty people. Please if any one knows how to report those people or do anything to get my money back please let me know asap. Thank you

The entry I have on SiteJABBER is copy of most recent email sent to DRESSBRAW. Sent directly to address on "contact info" from their web site. Site offers "direct conversation" on their order page (but directs toward site to write them rather than talk with someone in person.) WHen info written their, fails to send to them by stating phone contact entered incorrectly (which is NOT entered incorrectly). Other option same contact direction gives vs phone number reply is to enter email address. Have yet to receive info from that route. Phone number on site not actual.

Ordered a dress May 1,2012 it is July 2,2012 no dress. After finally making contact I was given every excuse under the sign why my dress was not shipped on the May 28th date promised. Finally made a paypal claim and still getting trash emails from them stalling. I won the paypal claim and received all my money back. This site is nothing but a scam, DO NOT ORDER from this site the only thing you will get is GRIEF! It should be closed down!

I am a person always plan all things before for I'm afraid something emergencies happen. Though my prom will come on April, I bought one prom dress from dressbraw.com 15 days ago. I know it's too early. Once I just want to look around the online shop to know the trends of 2013, but when I saw this dress (I ordered), I was attracted, that's the dress suitable for me.
They site said their tailoring time is 8-12 Calendar day and the shipping time is about 2-8 days, which means I will got my dress about 20days later after I placed order, is it right? So I expected my dress will arrival at Jan 1th, but the day before Christmas, the express called and told me he was outside my house and have one package send for me. I am confused who sent a secret gift? When opened the package, wow, I was shocked that moment, so beautiful dress, the beadings are stunning and shinning. I took it out slowly, eh… that's the dress I ordered from dressbraw. It arrived a week before, it arrived before Christmas, I thought it's the best gift given by Santa Claus. Thank you dressbraw to send it so fast, that's all beyond of my expected.
What's more, all the beadings can be sure were sewn by hands, it's so careful and beautiful.

My wedding is on agust my mom bought a dress size 10... gorgeous dress the little problem was that size ended un fitting me... i should of checked the reviews before orderibg from this site... beautiful dress... but no need to waste time im size 6 not even close to mymoms body... total fraud not even going to try to exchange or refundafter all i read

TERRIBLE! I ordered from this site for an upcoming military ball. I ordered it on the 2nd of the month, and still had not received it on the 20th. E-mailed them (since they have no real phone number...) asking if it was being shipped yet. In the response I was told to "purchase a dress from a local shop" because they didn't think I would have it by the 25th for my event. WORST COMPANY EVER!

I waited a considerable time for my daughters prom dress to arrive (about 6 weeks in all), but after a very curt email from me a week ago, they managed to despatch the next day (a thursday) and have it on my doorstep on the following monday! (4 days before prom) I must say the dress is beautiful and my daughter recieved many compliments at the prom last night. The beading wasn't quite the same as picture though. It is just a pity that they cannot get their customer service/timing sorted, which is the main reason I will avoid this site in future.

Beware of the "Dressbraw" total waste of money!
I ordered the size 11 dress (wear size 8). The sleeve openings were too small so I could not possibly keep it. When I sent the dress back with an explanation of the problem I was told that they did not "allow me" to return the dress and so no refund would be granted. I spent $182 for the dress and $42 for shipping the dress back to Dressbraw. Judge yourself if you want to put $224 into the garbage... you can as well when you shop at the Dressbraw.
When I posted a negative review on the Dressbraw website they simply deleted it. So much for a honest service... Never again! I hope you will find better company to shop from than Drassbraw!

My elder sister had bought a dress one month ago, it took about 20 days on the shippment by DHL, i would not go with that shipping company; but the dress was very beatiful, great/

Don't buy anything from this site their pictures of the dresses are misleading and they don't refund your $ if something goes wrong, a bunch of frauds! Don't let their low prices get to you, stay away!
