Very disappointing, my wedding dress arrived with pen marks on the back and under arms, brown marks on the front and loose cotton everywhere. Don't know what to do with it, haven't got time to have another one made as i get married in a month's time! So so disappointed!

I ordered my bridesmaid dress along with my mother's dress for my brother's wedding which is taking place this Friday. They advertised that the dress would be delivered within a month from placing my order, however only AFTER I made payment they gave a notice that delivery would take up to 45 to 55 working days. I immediately contacted them in order to request my order to rather be shipped by rush order, only to receive an automated response that they were on holiday and that they could only respond to my e-mail some 7 days later upon their return. Their reply afterwards assured me that I would have my order in time and that I should be at ease. Throughout the next 5 weeks I have patiently followed up on the progress and shipping of my order in order to ensure I would get my order in time and every time I was re-assured that I would have my order delivered in time. My bother's wedding is in 2 days time and my mom and I still don't have our dresses. We had to go and buy new dresses altogether just to be sure we have something to wear. Upon requesting my money back as I have in essence not received my purchase, they merely gave me a tracking number and phone number and wished me well, as if it is now my problem!
Not only this, but the sister of the bride also ordered her dress (as we are both bridesmaids) and she received the totally wrong dress, her dress was switched with a girl in another country. After contacting the company about this, they requested her as well as the other customer to courier the dresses to each other and then they would reimburse them the couriers fees. Needless to say, when her dressed finally arrived last week she was expected to pay almost double the cost of her dress to import tax. She again contacted dressingpod who refused to pay these costs for their mistake but rather offered to send her a dress to the amount that she is out of pocket. She now also had to go buy a new dress after and on top of this she did not have a dress which she paid for, as well as extra courier costs to get the wrong dress to the rightful owner.
Please I urge you, think twice before using Dressingpod, they are unprofessional and just tell you what you want to hear which are all just empty promises!

Bought 3 bridesmaids dresses standard sizes in good faith trusting the 7 day return advertised only to find when dresses were delivered that they were sub standard, zip sewing coming apart, sizes too small bust too big... basically odd sizes... the dress was not representative o f the picture on the website. Looking at returns policy it appears to cover every eventuality including if the dress is different to picture due to bad images on your computer. BUYER BEWARE... this is basically a no refund deal... you pay your money you take a chance... you have no come backs. I am going to look into Trading standards distance selling and my rights. Please don't try to cut corners and save money using these websites for bridesmaids dresses you will end up paying more because the dresses are cheaply made imitations of dresses the company find photos of on the internet.

I ordered a wedding dress and 2 bridesmaid dresses from this site. I was nervous - not sure if they would arrive. Staff were very helpful in getting them to me. However when they arrived, the bridesmaid dresses were co plateau the wro g colour. I ordered burgundy and they were a pinkish red! The beadwork on them was also the cheapest beading that can be found. I then e-mailed them to ask what I can do to rectify this - it's a week later and I have heard nothing! It will cost me too much to send them back, so I have to either re-make or try to fix the. Also I visited a local fabric shop - I know nothi g about sewing, and discovered some amazing fabrics there for the wedding dress - which I will also have to add to, to make it more. I guess you get what you pay for in the end...

I ordered a custom made wedding dress from dressingpod. When it arrived it looked NOTHING like the dress i had orderd.it was so diferent i didnt recognise it.the fabric was completely diferent, the neckline not symetrical and the sleeves set diferently. I was shocked! I imediately contacted dressing pod and was advised to send them potographs which i did and to my amazement was told it was an 80% accurate copy and they would refund me $9 if i would keep it. Ideclined as the dress would have struggled to be a 30% copy. They then advised me to return it and they would issue a refund once they had reviewed it. I returned it at my cost! And they agreed to a refund imediately BUT 5months later after numerous emails and empty promises... i am still waiting!. I would never use them again and would NOT RECOMEND DEALING WITH THEM, EVER.

I got 2 wedding dresses from this site, I was a bit nervous to be honest but was pleased with what I received. My dresses were custom made & both fit me well with no alterations needed, they didn't look quite as in the picture but were made well & what else can you expect when paying £100ish for a wedding dress, oh & I had to pay a small amount for customs
