I am providing a bad review as Netflix is removing the dvd rentals. This is a bad move. I pay for streaming and DVD rental, but most used is the DVD rental as Netflix does not provide streaming to certain movies to which has to be rented. In September when DVD is no longer available, I will be cancelling my account as Netflix streaming movies is heavy set on foreign films. What a shame, and they will lose many customers because of this move to no longer send DVDs. Guess my money will go to Disney+.

It takes 4 days to get a dvd and it takes netflix 7 to 10 days to get them back. The post office is not that slow so there is no reason for such a slow turn around. Definitely not getting my money worth and will cancel soon. I tried to cancel today and got a notice saying that if they don't get the dvds from me within 7 days that I will get charge $20. It takes them at least 7 days to get them back so I am scared I will get charged so I will empty my queue of any dvds and wait till they get the return dvds from me before I cancel. What a rip off.

Writing this in the age of streaming, and recent news of Netflix's "wild spending" to attract new customers - obviously only for streaming customers! Have been DVD customer, on&off for many years, but this last return to their service is the worst, bc their local service facility was closed in my city, and is now in a neighboring state. Now, not only does it take more than 3 days to receive my next disc, but it appears that their arrangement with USPS has apparently deteriorated/discontinued because my returned disc is NOT scanned immediately to have my NEXT disc prepared to be sent, as previously done. So, with my 1-disc service, I actually get one disc every 5+ days, unlike the past wherein I could get one disc, say every 3+ days... this is unacceptable! (My last disc took 4 days to be "received") So, cancelling this week, and noting that I should reconsider my entertainment needs before re-subscribing again (if ever). I get more satisfaction from borrowing from my local library!
