Deal with this company at your peril. I purchased an Iphone 8, advertised as 'New' phone turns out to be a "factory second" the battery maximum capacity is only 90% (so 10% used) the battery has been charged 346 times, this info has come directly from the phone. The only good thing is the phone 'IS' in immaculate condition. I would not recommend this company, based in Sydney? Or may be in Melbourne or even HongKong.
I bought a dvd series on 24/12/16 and recieved an e-mail telling me that my dvds had been posted. On 21/01/17 I sent an e-mail informing the seller that I had not received the goods. Despite sending another e-mail on 04/02/17 I have received nothing in return. I urge you to be extremely careful with this company. The irony is that the series I ordered was "WAITING FOR GOD"

When a review is as bad as this one, please don't ignore it.
I purchased a I phone 6 for $189 from dvdorchard and paid when I made the order. I was told I would receive the item on the 15th April, I checked the tracking details from the 15th, to discover the item was still in Victoria on the17th April. I then received a message from this retail group to say it had been delivered to the wrong address and the item returned to them, they asked for my correct address. I I am pretty sure where I live, and have told them 3 times, yet they insist it is incorrect. I have asked for a refund which has been denied. I have no money and no phone. A DISGUSTING WAY FOR AN ORGANISATION TO PERFORM.
