They violated the agreement that i pay half now and then half at the end of the project they worked on designing the store. They went ahead and charged it in full and I talked to them about the agreement and they balked and will not credit back half until they complete the project. Do not trust them. After getting my half back because my card company got it back for me, I got in touch with the CEO and they resolved the problem. I appreciate the CEO doing good job fixing things quickly.
