The service is non exisant. All automated responses and your issues will never be resolved. Gameplay fifa and EA24 is scripted. It has multiple faults, glitches and bugs which get resolved by an update to only cause another. You will never be compensated when you spend money in game and then have to play against an invisible team (hacked) to lose your rewards and waste your time. Games broke and EA24 is worse if the beta is anything to go by.

This company ate my health for years.
Now i decided to give back.
IF i would tell you all the experiences i had, you would not believe it. So i will try to put in a few words some summay info's:

They take your money for the product and do not care at all afther that if you have issues with the product you bought.

This game brings back all my childhood memories. I lust love it and remember through all these years. Thanks a lot indeed.

If you are a career mode guy like me… rip. Worst fifa ever released. There is no lineup before the game, all they have done is the sound of football boots walking around. Worst piece of $#*! ever

DISGRACEFUL. I've so far sent around 10 emails about THEIR glitch, which has cost be 400k-ish on FIFA 22. They refuse to escalate my complaint. They don't read what I say. WITH RESPECT TO A COMPLAINTS PROCESS, I'VE NEVER KNOWN A WORSE COMPANY. They don't care about their customers and their customer service department come across as disinterested, arrogant and dismissive. UTTER SHAMBLES AND NOT GOOD FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!

It's baffling that EA has games that develop bugs on a more consistent basis than they release updates be it content or patch work. Still the same old money hungry company with their hands gripping the testicles of the sports game industry so that we are all forced to return to their lack luster games year after year (:

There is absolutely no way anyone involved with F1 approved this game. Who ever heard of a one lap race. The scoring is ridiculous you only gain 5 points IF YOU WIN. If you lose it take for ever to recover. The cheaters as usual take center stage. If you bring any of this to their attention you will receive a standard B.S. Automated answer.

This is by far the worse I experienced with a madden game. I have 4 6 year franchise leagues I can't get in going on 2 weeks. I wish i could just get my money back for this bull $#*! $#*! game. WHOEVER MAKES 2K NEEDS TO MAKE MADDEN.

Fifa is rubbish, when playing ultimate team my whole team is 90+ while opponent is 60+, and my whole team cant catch up with opponent team while the opponent team can easily catch up with me? Beside that opponent get to steal my ball easily while even when my players is sticking on opponent player, i cant get the ball? It makes me feel that my players are the 60+ while opponents are 90+

What EA have done to FC24 is total garbage! The game play, the mechanics, the refereeing, the poor pack value unless you spend money in the store, the poor finishing, the poor passes, the frozen AI players in game that do nothing! Overall it's just a bad experience. Nothing enjoyable about it at all! EA seem to have no idea how football is played because this game is not football. It's a mix of rugby, football & a bunch of on field spectators that just stand there and let players run right past! Woeful from EA! Way to destroy a game! I really hope some other company with half a brain picks up the rights to make a new football game that's not in the slightest bit as broken as this trash game!

Most used game mode I play is pro club, a game mode these penny pinchers do not make money from. We invest time playing the game for games not to count and for us to progress. It's been over 2 weeks with this issue and no word on any fixes, the Messi toty glitch was patched within minutes. Says a lot

I haven't had a football game in 20 years because EA puts out a fraud con artist product based on their monopoly on the rights to the NFL. This company should be jailed for what they've done to football. Their game is an insult and they spit in the face of their customers.

Same garbage year after year.

I wanted to contact ea sports with a question about one of their games. The site first took me to their support page and then when I tired to contact them they told me I had to create an account first. I tried this several times before it finally accepted it. When I tried to log in again to ask another question (never got a reply fro the first one and that was almost a month ago) my account was lost and I was told I would have to create a new account, I have tried about 15 times now (not an exaggeration) to create a new account and not once has it worked. It is extremely difficult to make an account on their site. It is hard to navigate the site and find stuff. If you are having a problem and need to contact them you will likely not get a reply. If you have a problem creating or logging into your account, you are screwed until they figure it out for themselves because you can't let them know about it unless you have an account and you are logged into it. Overall the site is just complete crap.
