Easypaisa Pakistan

It is the worst mobile banking in Pakistan. You can deposit money but you will not be able to get your money back or transfer your or even pay your bills. The customer agent act as dummy massenger just forward your complaint but unable to solve your problem on spot. No matter how many calls, email you make for help, you will get only confirmation of complaint. You will never receive any call or reply. It is a big headache to have an easypaisa. Please stay away and try other mobile banking app.

Ridiculous staff who don't know what they are doing, they will put pretend dummy recorded messages to show they are professionals but unfortunately they are not even beginners. My advice stay away from this pretend company I have paid for and ordered a card over a month yet still no card received, when I called they gave me a couriers number who wanted tracking so I called easypaisa back and they just put the phone down without resolving the issue, Absolute Rubbish and pretend Company.

EasyPaisa is a fraud. Be very careful. I ordered a gift for someone in Karachi while I was overseas from Daraz and the order was cancelled by the vendor before it shipped. My money has not been refunded by Easypaisa since November 23 2020. They do not respond to inquiries and they are bunch of thieves. My credit card company has opened a investigation into these crooks and I will get my money back either way however everyone should be warned to stay away from anything related to Easypaisa. These are the kind of fraud people who give online transactions a bad name in Pakistan.

I can only share my experience from the point of a mobile app user. It has some cool and convenient featureslike cash-back, but the user interface is not very friendly and sometimes my transactions take to long to process or do not arrive at all. I wish you could do something about it! Otherwise the app is fine.

I have a request to every one NOT to use Easypaisa App to much as i last all my money from it and now the funny thing is that they are every not willing to help me...if suddenly all your money is gone from your account and Easypaisa team is saying there is technical issue from last 3 weeks...hahahaha...please be aware of them as this can be happen to any one using Easypaisa.

If you are new to easypaisa app they will give u discount and some cashback. But some month instead of cashback they will put some extra charge on every transaction. I think that they are working like drug dealers first they give you some free and when you are addict they just want money from them.
That's suck.

The Telenor was the only mobile network. They didn't suit the Easypasia banking. They are okay on mobile networks. New update of easypiasa is totally worst update. Did not received the OTP regarding sign in. I'am trying to resolve my issue from 26-september-23 to till yet emails sent calls multiples times.but not helpfull. Mobile generated mobile version tell they said its wrong what the hell they doing. I will never recommend who use the easypaisa.*******/- value in my account totally stock. I have take cash from my friend for my child milk.

From beginning till now Easypaisa is Disgusting Ridiculous and overall bad service at all times
Cro's are not well skilled to satisfy their customers
Even they don't understand and don't follows very simple solutions suggested by customers
Finally it is very poor and cheap service of Telenor (world's cheapest company)
They often steals customer's money

Bohat he ghatiya service ha easy paisa baking not privacy, not secure your account any time...
Today i lost my money bcz my easypaisa account.

It's a very bad experience with refund of cancellation amount and very bad customers service pls beware
