They are located in Hong Kong They don't answer your emails no matter how many of them you send. After about 10 emails I decided to call. A guy from Hong Kong picks up the phone to tell me that the boots im getting would look a little different from the one i ordered on the site $#@! WTF He didnt even know what site I was talking about. I said ecboots.com and he mentioned 4 other sites that I knew nothing about. Who does business like that. I order white boots and you tell me over the phone only after i had called that they are going to come in blue. After sorting that out, the guy asks, " do you want me to ship them?" WTF I ordered the boots a week ago and the website said i would get them in a week. You ask me if i want them shipped to me a week after I called. So if i handn't called the boots would not have been shipped? So i ask when will it get here and he says. In 15 days... Thats 3 weeks i would have waited for boots of a different color from what i ordered that were supposed to have arrived a week from the time i bought them. Save yourself the head ache. Buy your shoes in America. Watch out for these guys. I think the own the site shoessunshine.com too. Its the same platform and user interface. Update! It has been 3 weeks and I still havent gotten the boots. I'm starting to come to terms with the fact that I got swindled. 84 dollars gone to Hong Kong and never coming back. I guess i'll just change my credit card so that I don't get any surprises later on. I will also forget about the shoes i ordered. I am just glad i didnt order in bulk.
