Did not ship product will not respond to emails. Do not buy from this company. Paid with Opayo, requested refund, we will see if that happens!

Take your money, say they have dispatched your order, order never arrives and then they simply ignore your emails!

This website is a disgrace!, keep well away from them. Some months back i ordered
A trial pack, but they took about 2 weeks to deliver, and when it did arrive i decided to
Send it back in the same condition as it was not as described(different model!
Despite numerous emails and phone calls (phone just rang out) they never got back
To me regarding my refund!. Trading standards have tried to intervene but these
People are just having a laugh. I have lost £26 to these crooks, don't go near
Them!

I bought an E-pipe 618 from EcigWarehouse. It arrived and worked but only for about 6 months, then the vacuum switch, sealed in the pipe bowl, became erratic. Mostly it didn't work at all, then it would switch on the atomiser but not switch it off again, so I got lots of vapour I didn't ask for. I asked them to replace the bowl under warranty and they refused, informing me that they only offer a warranty for 6 months on these. I thought it likely that If I had contacted them soon after it was 5 months old, they would have elected to only offer a warranty for 5 months on these. I replied to their refusal with a reminder to them that, since they trade in the UK, they have a legal obligation to 'do something' about faulty products for 12 months, not 6. I added that if they didn't, I would: write to Trading Standards and register my complaint, send the bowl back to the manufacturer for investigation (the randomly constant 'on' position is potentially dangerous) and post some reviews. They chose not to reply. They don't appear to support reviews on their website and I have a good idea why. They have a presence on eBay but don't trade and I have a fair idea why. From what I know about them from personal experience and what I have read of other people's experience, EcigWarehouse are NOT trustworthy. They will probably deliver but you will then be stuck with it whether it works or not. I am £42.99 down but I did get 6 months of use and I can use the other bits with other e-pipe bowls so all is not lost. However that doesn't alter the fact that they are untrustworthy and possibly illegal traders. I am hoping to hear from Trading Standards on that soon.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site unless you are certain you will not need to use their meaningless promise of a product warranty.
