I had placed an order over 2 wks ago and still have not received a confirmation number, or my merchandise. I have sent many e-mails but no reply, they were quick to take my $153 though. I do believe I have been scammed. I will dispute the charges on my credit card. All I can say is BEWARE of this website.

Ordered a coach bag for Christmas present on 12/8. Supposed to ship in 3-5 days. According to my account it has not yet shipped 2 weeks later. They have not responded to my emails and they have no phone number. When I ordered, I wasn't aware the site was in China until my credit card company questioned an international charge. Sure wish I had canceled payment at that point..

I ordered 2 bags, got charged for 4 out of my debit account and never recieved a thing. Problem is... my debit account cannot re-coup the loss. I have e-mailed 2x and both times got notice saying it is not a valid site. Bad show. No phone# either. I have no way to reach these@#$%^&*(.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, the site says my order for 3 purses hasn't shipped. They have no phone # so I emailed them 2x & they don't respond. What a SCAM, I'm calling my credit card company. $200.00 & no merchandise :(

CURRETNLY WAITING ON MY CREDIT CARD TO RESPOND- I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGES- THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE - SENT PHONY PACKING SKIP TO GET THEIR COUNTERFEIT PURSES THROUGH CUSTOMS FROM CHINA LISTED AS BED SHEETS! NO PACKING LIST IN ENGLISH NO PHONE - THESE ARE CRAP! AND ILLEGAL CRAP AT THAT!

Ordered 2 purses from the site on November 26th. Have emailed them on 2 occaions and received reply both times saying my products will b arriving soonTracking number received but it never shows anything beyond--scheduled for pick up. These were to b Christmas gifts for my daughters but I feel scammed and out 150 bucks.

I ordered one purse and two wallets from ecoachstore.com on Dec. 15,2010 and just recieved my order today which is Jan. 10,2011. The only thing that was correct in my order was one wallet. These were to be christmas gifts but obviously did not recieve in time. I decided to keep them, i do not want to go through the hassel of shipping them back. The purse is still nice looking even though it is not what i ordered. It looks real and smells of real leather and came in a coach protector bag. I will never order from here agian and I do not recommend anyone else to either.

I ORDERED 5 PURSES FROM ECOACHSTORE.COM ON TWO DIFFERENT DAYS. AFTER READING THE REVIEWS I FELT FOR SURE I WAS SCAMMED. BUT I WAS WRONG. THEY TOOK 2 1/2 WEEKS TO ARRIVE BUT THEY DID ARRIVE. LOVE THEM. MAKE SURE YOU OPEN AN ACCOUNT SO YOU RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER AND YOU CAN TRACK THE PROGRESS RIGHT TO YOUR POST OFFICE.

It is a bogus web site, I was scammed, I am so mad. It has been two weeks since I ordered a purse off this web site. To my suprise when I went to contact them by email the email said it was disabled. I had not seen that this web site was on the scam list till after the fact. DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS WEBSITE, THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY, and who knows what they do with your info they now have!

Selling fake Coach bags/purses. Look closely at some of the bags, they might look real but be forewarned, they are fake.

I orderd three "Coach" bags from this website and one of them was not what I ordered. I have sent 4 emails requesting them to provide shipping instructions to return the wrong bag with no response. I should have known that the price was to good to be true. DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS WEBSITE.

I feel scammed... will let you know IF I ever recieve my order... they were quick to take the money- but I NEVER heard anything back after trying to email... over and over... and there is NO telephone #!

I wanted to buy Coach handbag I went to eCoach-Store.com they set it up just like the real Coach website I fell for it ordered $350.40 dollars worth in 8 days no tracking number no handbag. I had 2 emails From: jacke bruce *******@gmail.com signed Yours sincerely Joyce
I went to billing support website www.billingsupportsystem.com put in complaint using the transaction number I was given I left several complaints.
All we can do is load up the email account with complaints until it locks up on them. Go to you credit card company and dispute the charge.
