Horrible quality, nothing like pictured, took forever as probably their sweatshops that house 4-8 yr olds are making this crap they call clothing. FYI these sites are all the same they just change the names.

They are not honest and are definitely not a company you want to buy from. I put my order in months ago with promise that it was coming. Now their tired of me and lying saying they have sent it and it's on it's way.
They won't give the name of the owners are contact information. I am looking for others who would like to join me in a class action lawsuit against this company for fraud. For me it's a matter of Decency and honesty, I trusted them I gave them plenty of time to for fill the order. Only to be treated with disrespect, and deception. They show beautiful items for sale so you feel that there with a reparable company, but it's a deception! In my opinion they should be put out of business, the way they do their customers and steal their money!

They kept my money and they didn't send my package since August. They told me they refund my last month and they didn't yet

Awful scam from China. Bought four products two months ago. Still have not received and after 18 emails still nothing being done.

Do not purchase from this website, bad quality. I ordered 3 items, just one arrived and it's not like the picture at all.

When I googled the return policy. It says we can return within 30 days and pay our own shipping costs. The website makes it look like an european e-commerce so i ordered 2 items. Shockingly, they were from China (nothing wrong but makes returning then very costly to return from Europe)! Sizes are way off, doesn't fit at all and i have average body shape. They didnt allow returns and instead only only me $30 voucher when my purchases are US$95! For no reason!

Order 4 shirts only received 3... they would not refund my $ or send the shirt and for 2 weeks when I reached out to them they continually send me an automated email... totally the poorest customer service EVER

I thought that people here are exaggerating but all the reviews here are true unfortunately I read it after I ordered my items.
Very poor material, a bad copy of a design, wrong sizes plus I paid extra charges at the post center for three separated packages they even didn't deliver the items to my address but for sure I had a lesson I will never ever buy dresses online so I blocked all the adds on for my inst. And facebook,
It is a disgrace on them and their industry, I will never trust them anymore, take my words from my own experience

I have placed two orders with this company each order is almost $200 and I've only gotten three of my items out of light 14 items and they do not look like the picture I placed these orders in October and beginning of November and have gotten only three items and it is now December I have not gotten anything for my last order and they keep emailing me for replacement items I send it back to them and they still emailing me the same thing to reorder replacement items that they had out of stock I have received the same email from them about six times already and I answered six times already and still they are emailing me the same question I have no items and they have my money I'm about to launch an investigation for my bank to get my money back please do not order from this company you will not be satisfied and you cannot talk to anyone about your order and every time someone email you is a different person asking you the same question I'm about to email them one last time asking them where are my items

Liers. The dress is a poor copy of the photo and no one responded to my emails you don't deserve even one star. Shame on you. Corrupted theft company

Don't do it! The clothes are a joke -- quality is like tissue paper and size is not accurate! No refund information and trying to send them an e-mail was ridiculous! The verification code was so messed up you could never submit. As my daughter said whenever you are ordering something from a new company always check the reviews - which I didn't! I know better now and would never recommend these scam artists! Live and learn but they need to be put out of business! Very sad that they can get on Facebook and act like a legitimate business.

Cuando recibi el pedido, los vestidos no tenian nada q ver con lo q aparece en la foto. Para devolverlo tenia que pagar yo los gastos, cuando les dije que no pensaba pagar ni un duro, me. Dijeron q lo aprovechara xa regalarlo a alguien! Total q al final me dicen q me lo quede y q me devuelven solo una parte. Tras un mes, aun no he recibido.ni la porqueria de importe q se supone q me tienen q devolver. Calidad pesima y servicio nefasto. Para mi una estafa.

They deliver the order super slow, it took more than a month to arrive, but the dresses look nothing like the pictures, quality is bad bad bad bad bad as hell. I was trying to contact them to get my refund with the email address they provide *******@ecochee.com, I've never get any response. NOTHING!
This website is a joke! Don't even buy anything from them.

This brand used to be called colabingo but I think they were gettting such bad reviews they changed their name to ecochee I ordered 3 dresses all of which came at three different times and over 1 and half months! The quality is very poor it's nothing like the photos so don't fool yourself and the complains email always bounces back this is one of the biggest scams I've seen online they are really brave to use Instagram as a platform to advertise themselves I'm sure they delete negative comments!

At first, I thought it was great. I got the first of two dresses I ordered! I loved it but it was a bit small. I requested an exchange and I got answers immediately acting as if I would be taken care of. Then the emails (sent by a different customer service rep every time), started going in circles. "We are having technical issues", please send confirmation of your order, etc. Finally I reailzed I was probably being played so I tried to log in to my account and it's INVALID! My Email is not valid! I will be reporting them!

There is no email or phone to make a return. The material is awful. Not the right size. Total scam. Called Clark Howard and he said call the bank and report it as a scam and you will get your money back. Do not order from this website ever. It should be taken down!

DO NOT SHOP here, I fell for the pictures as well. The package just arrived yesterday and I have not contacted anyone yet. Based on theses reviews which I did not read prior to placing the order... shame on me!

I purchased a Dress in early April. I have not received anything to say the item is out of stock as we are now in May. I would like a full refund as this company seems to be very unprofessional "dodgy."I tried to email them on *******@service.com as this is the email address they provided however it bounced back which makes we wonder if this is a complete scam. There has been no communication from this company at all, I suggest anyone who is considering purchasing from this website "THINK AGAIN" very disappointed. So I am very reluctant order online and I will be notifying all my friends on Facebook the experience I encountered from this company.

They're fake.Do not purchase from them, they are NOT trusting. I bought 2 dresses and one sweater. They sent two dresses ( not same the picture. Terrible condition. Just trush) after 5 weeks than I ordered them. And now it has been 8 weeks I haven't gotten sweater yet. This is a scam.!

I fell for the pictures and bought maxi. Bad bad bad. If i knew what they look like in real I wont buy them for free. Leave alone spend money.
3 dresses are too small want to return

The description of the product is not what arrives. They do not return the money.
When wanting to return the product, they tell you to give it away because the shipping is very expensive and they only want to return a minimum percentage of your purchase. I pay $ 40 plus shipping and they just want me back $ 10 dollars.

The quality and cloths is NOT what it appears in the photos. DO NOT purchase from them.
I've sent several request for return and refund and no reply at all.

I haven't received my order yet and I paid for express delivery. I wish I knew how to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Please don't order anything from them. They're a rip off!
