Ordered an iPhone from this site and they claim to have shipped a month ago with no tracking number provided. Need to dispute the charge with my credit card company but it's such a hassle..

This is a shell company for sure. They have the perfect company facade, but it is completely fake. The website looks and functions as a fully operational online store, but they charge your card, and you never receive your product. Once they have your money, they continue to email you shipping updates, but you will never receive your merchandise. You cannot get through to customer service - they have a telephone prompt system that is as intricate as a corn maze, but leads nowhere. They do not respond to emails, however they will continue to send off automated emails offering you extra discounts on your active cart. I skeptically ordered a Dyson air wrap, and should have known better. You receive email alerts like the item is processing and shipping, but nothing ever ships. I waited over a month - and could never get in touch with an actual human. I cancelled through my credit card and reported for fraud.

I ordered a iPhone for 364.00 they never sent it. For a month I emailed and called. Can't get a person on the phone. Reversed the charge on my credit card
