Armen did a nice job explaining, but one other thing is that it is based in Panama. So if you get scammed by this company and these others which uses home network scams like Google Profit House, Google Start Up Kit, Grant Line Pro these are all linked and use eDynamicapay.com after you sign up and you'll get hit with international fees too! Report this to FTC, FDIC and BBB. Further complaints should be made to the Attorney General in each of the state's that these companies have address'. It is really important that these types of companies get shut down. Also campaign Google to get involved since they are using the icon, name etc... to look legit! Beware!
