The order I made 2 weeks ago has not shown up. Their phone number is disconnected and their website is not working properly. I asked for tracking to no response. I ordered from another company a week after, and Ive already got it. Just terrible. If I could give minus stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM EGYHOOKAH
I ordered Starbuzz e-hose cartridges from this company ($60 order). Its been 7 days, no order status and my multiple emails to them have been unanswered. I called the number they have on the site daily and nobody answers - not even the option to leave a message. I called my Credit card company and disputed the charge since this company charged me before sending me the production. I would not order from them. Too risky.
I will give them 5 star coz they deserve it very good customer service and they offer low price definitely I will buy from them again
I ordered Three G1 vaporizer e cigs. First order got canceled for some unknown reason and I re-placed order (glad I checked status). Anyway I gave two of them to my friends and kept one. Well my pen crapped out on me and I requested refund. They denied my refund. I only had the pen for three days! And they will not tell me why they denied my request. Very unhappy with egyhookah Please spread the word about there customer service. Im going to let G pens know about there distributers!
The first and only order I've placed with this company was terrible. The selection was good, and the order process easy and I even got 5-8 day free shipping. I waited 8 (business) days, and it still had not arrived. They did not provide a tracking number in the confirmation email. I waited until the 9th day had passed and then tried contacting the company via the phone number listed on their site. They never answered and I only got an option to leave a voicemail for the anonymous, unavailable "Magic Jack" customer - which I did. I also tried sending them an email through the form on their website. Still no response.
It has been 17 days since my order with the company. After checking the confirmation email for the 10th time, I saw that I had completed the mandatory email signup, so I logged into my account. Once there, I saw that my order had been simply, "Declined." No explanation, no date of cancellation, no notification - nothing. So of course then I checked my bank account to rule out insufficient funds. I had made purchases before and after my order date with EgyHookah, and saw that they had neither charged nor refunded me.
On the bright side, I'm not out of any money, just lots of time waiting for an order. All types of shisha are available somewhere else on the web, and I would advise shopping around with other websites. This site is just unresponsive and anonymous.
