What a scam this company is. I bought 3 bracelets for my daughters at Xmas and 21/2 months later they are all tarnished and one has already broken. They are so light weight and the "Brigit" bracelet feels like a plastic toy you would get out of a gumball machine. I seriously think there is no metal at all contained in this item. Shameful and what a joke these 2 women/founders are. Quintessential example of an internet scam.

I am very disappointed in this company and these pieces. They are NOT sweatproof or waterproof. I wore these pieces for one dip in the ocean maybe 10 mins or so and they disintegrated and rusted. Stained my neck and clothes (which I can't get out). Their customer service was not helpful - the "lifetime guarantee" only covers repair - my pieces are beyond repair. For a first time buyer with high hopes, I am really disappointed.

What store only gives store credit nowadays? A $#*!ty one that doesn't stand by their product. I told them I would be contacting my bank to refund my return and the response was "go ahead we are not going to help" I won't shop here again

I've purchased 8 pieces now, and they are hands down my favorite jewelry company! I wear my pieces in the shower just about everyday. I made 1 exchange and customer service was nice. Plus love the lifetime guarantee.

Do not waste your money on electric picks jewelry, you're pretty much paying for over priced plastic that will tarnish as soon as it gets wet. Bracelets are almost $100 necklaces close to $200. Add a little bit more money and buy actual gold jewelry that will last you. The owner MJ is a complete fraud and will black you via social media if you bring up a concern, or ask for a refund. I tried reaching out on Instagram and was immediately blocked.

Also, they partner with Laura beverlin, the biggest scam artist influencer out there. They created a Saint necklace for those going through infertility and have not followed through with giveaways and donations. Laura Beverlin and MJ are the biggest frauds out there! Beware

Not worth the price when you can buy a cheaper anklet that has the possibility of turning green/oxidizing. I bought my Python anklet in January and it has turned my ankle green (March) it lasted 2mobth. Super disappointed/dissatisfied. They lost my business, for sure.

Purchased this necklace directly from Electric Picks. I would not recommend purchasing. The knot is cheaply made and does not stay together, I was constantly having to pick the necklace up from it unhooking. Not worth it.

After 8 months, my necklace tarnished and turned copper. They pride themselves on not tarnishing even when exposed to water. They told me that I could ship it back for a repair. I shipped it back two weeks ago and have not heard back from them. I followed up in email a week ago and no response. Again two days ago and still no response. I would like confirmation that my necklace arrived and peace of mind that it is going to be shipped back.

I've placed 3 orders and found this to be the best quality jewelry for the price point out there. And love their lifetime guarantee for replating and repairs :) Oh and they have the cutest stickers!

The worse quality and buyer beware they don't refund your money even if you return in the 14 day window! Do not buy! Cheap expensive Jewelry

Do not do business with this company. They are non responsive to emails and failed to help me file a claim of a missing/lost package. They do not respond back timely and have blocked me on every social media platform rather than providing customer service or a resolution.

I ordered a set of 'San Tropez' earrings on Black Friday for my fiancé to wear at our wedding. The website was beyond misleading. The website made it seem like I was getting nice round pearl earrings that would fit a standard ear piercing size. What I got was nothing close to that. The ear posts were extremely thick. So thick that if would rip my fiancé's earlobe if she tried to force them in. One of the pearls was fine. The other was flat on one side and lumpy on the other. Definitely not a matching set unless one side of your face is flat and bigger than the other. Then it might even you out.

When I requested a refund I got sass. They told me I should have read the return policy. Because I got a Black Friday discount, I was not able to get a refund. Only store credit. But who wants store credit to a misleading store front?

I reached out again and send pics of what I got vs what I thought I was getting. I got more sass in return. They implied that I should have known the pearls would be lumpy and that they wouldn't fit a standard ear piercing size. Even though their website said nothing about either of those facts. If it had, I wouldn't have ordered.

I'd be fine with their return policy if they were upfront about the garbage they're selling. Terribly quality. Terrible customer service. Do not shop here.

I asked for a refund off my 278 $ the service client is rude and didn't want to refund me … it seems they don't want any happy customer

Where do I even begin... For starters, the company blocked me off Instagram for posting my review on their photos. Their products are CHEAPLY made despite their prices for plated jewelry. When I tried to get a refund for my unworn jewelry, they refused and only offered store credit because as a first time customer, I used the WELCOME promo. VERY shady business practices. I expected somewhat quality pieces, what I got was pieces that feel like straight up PLASTIC. I ended up ordering new pieces with the site credit they gave me, thinking maybe it was just the items I chose but NOPE, they were the exact same cheap material. No wonder they dont allow reviews on their website. It's strategic. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. There's plenty of good companies with quality jewelry at the same price point.
