I've only been waiting 10 days for shipping, so by the reviews I see here, I may not see anything. Good thing it was a cheap item. I called the place and the guy said that they're waiting for it to be sent to them. You could tell the guy wasn't good at, or even interested in customer satisfaction, relations, opinions, or anything. Should have looked at reviews 1st!

Ordered 2 items. One came but not the other. No explanation. Sent email. Was assured that missing item would be sent along with a "free" gift. Nothing. No response from them or EBAY!

I've been waiting over a month for my order. They take your money at time of order and do not notify you if an item is on back order. Emailing *******@elitextreme.com does no good. They will not answer you. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes today I learned that in fact my order was on back order. They could not tell me when the item will ship.

WORSTTTTT buying experience from ELITEXTREME I've ever had on the web! After purchasing cell phone covers two weeks go by with no email confirmation of shipping, I called to check on my order. After finally getting ahold of customer service(took two days) I was told my order would ship within 24-48 HOURS! Another week goes by still no email, no cell phone covers! Call again, was told one item shipped the other would within 24-48 hours. Another week goes by, called again, was told they just shipped. Another week goes by. Still no cell phone covers a month and a half later... see where I'm going with this... They are very unprofessional, DISHONEST, SCAM ARTISTS. STAY AWAY FROM BUYING FROM THEM!

The website was showing the phone battery I wanted was in stock and should ship either the same day or within 24 hours. They did debit my credit account within 24 hours but the battery never came. When I e-mailed for an explanation they said the item was temporary out of stock and would ship ASAP. After a month of waiting I sent another e-mail that went unanswered. The following day the order was shown as cancelled on their "order status" page. I did not cancel the order nor did I receive any communication via e-mail to notify me that they had canceled it. This is the worst online company I have yet to contact, look elsewhere.

I ordered some stuff and paid with a visa gift card. They never sent the phone cover and the tool kit was all busted up so they said they would take it back and send me a new one but they never did. And they never put the money back on the card.

They are rude, non customer oriented, can not believe they even have a job, infact I can not believe that the owner is even in business. I ordered Nov 26th and have not even gotten everything. I would never refer infact I just might tell 10 people or more how terrible the service was, and we all know that when you tell 10 people and they each tell ten thats alot of business lost! Owners need to rethink of how they treat their customers. Snail mail would have been faster getting my stuff here... so much for xmas presents.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ELITE X TREME; YOU'LL REGRET IT!

Cheap prices mean nothing when you do not receive your merchandise. Order (only $38) placed on November 2,2009; received one item of three, others were back ordered.

Inquiry on November 20,2009 received reply about sorry for delay, will ship in a few days. About two weeks ago, emailed to demand refund on unshipped items; no reply. Called today, December 29,2009, was told remaining items shipped yesterday, given USPS tracking number that is not (yet) valid.

SHOP ELSEWHERE!

My experience with EliteXtreme.com is the same as reported by so many others here. Product ordered on Saturday, October 17,2009 7:45 PM. I waited until all of their possible delays time had past before sending my first inquiry. They replied with the same excuse given to others here. "Shipment delayed". I had an experience exactly like this, with a another vendor a couple of years ago, that one gave excuses, but assurances, for a few months. My order was never received and they vanished from the scene. And, like this time, the item ordered was not expensive, less than $20 as is this one from EliteXtreme.com is. I expect they assume a small amount of dollars isn't something one wouldn't sue over, or be enough to get the FBI or other agency to move on.
What do you all think about a class action suit and a tally of the amount of dollars that were stolen in total from all of their 'customers'?
There are law firms that specialize in that sort of thing.

Ordered Two Products for me and husbands Cell Phones on Dec. 19th, 2009. Called on Dec. 28th 2009 because I had not received items nor had I received any type of tracking information for my shipment. When I called, some lady that could barely speak English told me that the items were on backorder and would be shipped no later than Dec. 30th. As of today... Jan. 4th I still have not received my items. I filed a dispute via Paypal and company sent response that they were sorry for the inconvienence and provided a tracking number via USPS. After entering tracking number into USPS I found out the items still have not been shipped! Decided to Review Reliability of Company through the BBB of Central Florida... Upgraded dispute through Paypal to a Claim... I will be filing a complaint with BBB against this company.
